HONOLULU – The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT), Harbors Division invites the community to a meeting to learn more about the improvements being proposed in the Kalaeloa Harbor Fuel Pier and Harbor Improvements Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). This EIS will analyze potential impacts of the construction and use of harbor improvements.  Public input is welcome.
