On-Demand Shuttle Services Concession At Honolulu International Airport

March 15, 2017 – Concession Agreement No. DOT-A-17-0008 The State of Hawai‘i, Department of Transportation, Airports Division will be soliciting for proposals from experienced shuttle bus operators to operate the On-Demand Shuttle Bus concession at Honolulu International Airport for a period of five years.

Sale of a Hangar Facilities Lease by Public Auction at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport

The State of Hawaiʻi, Department of Transportation, Airports Division, shall conduct a public auction for lease of a certain Hangar Facility, located at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, at the Hangar Facility on the South Ramp at 109 Mokuea Place, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819, on Thursday, March 29, 2018, at 10:00 AM.

Sale of a Land Lease by Public Auction at Kalaeloa Airport

The State of Hawai’i, Department of Transportation, Airports Division (DOT A) will conduct the sale of a Fuel Facilities Lease in the Management Office at the Kalaeloa Airport, Building 104 (Tower Building), Midway Road, Kapolei, Hawai’i on Thursday, October 12, 2017, at lO:OOAM.


Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program

The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program ensures that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, as defined in 49 CFR Parts 23 and 26, shall have an equal opportunity to participate in federally assisted contracting and concession leasing.

Tenant Improvement Guidelines (T.I.G.)

Tenants at Airports wishing to make improvements to their premises, whether it is tenant owned or leased from the Airport, must follow the “Tenant Improvement Guidelines”.
