HONOLULU – The state Department of Transportation reminds Oahu motorists that stopping, standing or parking is not permitted on any state highway or freeway, except in emergency situations.  Police will be patrolling state roadways around Joint Base Hickam – Pearl Harbor to ensure that vehicles do not stop to view the Wings Over The Pacific air show on Saturday, September 27, and Sunday, September 28.

Motorists are advised of a possible increase in traffic on the H-1 Freeway in the Pearl Harbor and Honolulu International Airport areas on these days and should allow for extra travel time.  For current traffic information, visit goakamai.org to view Oahu traffic cameras and conditions.
