Public Informational Meeting Scheduled For The Roosevelt (Kipapa Stream) Bridge Rehabilitation Project

HONOLULU – The Hawaii Department of Transportation in partnership with the Federal Highway Administration, Central Federal Lands Highway Division (FHWA-CFLHD) will be holding a public meeting to share information on the Roosevelt (Kipapa Stream) Bridge Rehabilitation project, located on Kamehameha Highway (State Route 99) at milepost 14.4 in central Oahu. The bridge crosses Kipapa Gulch and is located south of Mililani town. The purpose of the project is to rehabilitate the existing Roosevelt Bridge to meet current standards for load capacity, bridge railing and transitions, and seismic standards.  We are currently in the environmental compliance and preliminary engineering phase. The meeting is scheduled at the following location and time.

Information will be shared and input collected on the proposed project design and traffic management during construction. FHWA and HDOT representatives will be available to answer questions on the project.
