Project Manager

For semi-final review of the project specifications by HWY-DS (State DOT Technical Design) through the respective State Project Manager, submit only the changes that the Engineer makes to the Table of Contents (with date and filename), documents and special provisions.  Make the changes by removing the original redline (additions) and strikeouts (deletions) and inserting the revisions by redline and strikeouts.  Do not submit the original special provisions shown on the internet.

For final review (for advertising), submit the project specifications in its entirety without the shades, strikeouts and the Table of Contents (without the dates and filename).
