HONOLULU – The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) advises Oahu motorists of a single lane closure on Likelike Highway in both directions between Emmeline Place and Kula Kolea Drive beginning at 8:30 p.m. on Friday night, April 7, 2017 continuously through 5 a.m. on Monday morning, April 10, 2017.

Crews will be performing road reconstruction work—as part of the Likelike Highway Resurfacing project—that requires a continuous lane closure. At least one lane will remain open in both directions at all times. Roadwork is weather permitting.

HDOT encourages the public to plan their commute and check traffic apps to avoid congestion. Roadwork will be posted on our website at https://hidot.hawaii.gov/highways/roadwork/weekend/ and released through our social media channels on Facebook and Twitter.
