2011-2014 (+2) STIP Revision #10

The 2011-2014 (+1) STIP has been administratively modified by STIP Revision #10.

This revision ONLY includes changes to Oahu projects.

This revision did NOT include any Federal Transit Administration (FTA) changes.

Administrative modifications are minor changes that are pre-approved. Revision #10 includes the following types of modifications.

  1. Projects that were programmed in FFY 2012 that were not able to be funded in FFY 2012 were deferred into FFY 2013.
  2. Projects that were advanced from future years to be funded in FFY 2012 were identified.
  3. Projects that were obligated in FFY 2012 under Advance Construction (AC) obligations are identified with the corresponding AC conversions programmed in FFY 2013.
  4. Special Maintenance Program (SMP) projects that were federalized in FFY 2012 are identified with its corresponding cost estimate. These projects were identified from our SMP project listing.

No projects were added or deleted from the STIP/TIP.

Administrative Modifications are NOT required to be financially constrained (23CFR450.104), however, financial constraint will be re-established through the next STIP Amendment process.
