Also posted here are the 2019-2022 (+2) STIP documentation.

The Hawaii State Department of Transportation (DOT) is in the process of updating the STIP for the next four-year cycle. We are reviewing the priority, needs, project readiness and eligibility of Highway and Transit projects statewide for inclusion in the next FFY 2019-2022 (+2) STIP for federal funding.

HDOT is responsible for the development of the STIP programs for the counties of Hawaii and Kauai, and the islands of Molokai and Lanai.

STIP projects on Oahu and the island of Maui are programmed through the Oahu Metropolitan Planning Organization (OahuMPO) and Maui Metropolitan Planning Organization (Maui MPO) Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) processes. Once the Oahu and Maui TIPs are determined, they are added to the STIP without change. For more information and/or to get involved in the development of the TIP please see the following websites.
