2015-2018 (+2) STIP REVISION #2

The State Department of Transportation is providing an opportunity for the public to submit comments on the proposed STIP Revision #2 to the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2015 to 2018 (+2) Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). The STIP document identifies projects that are to be programmed for federal Highway or Transit funding.

The primary purpose of this revision is to address needed changes to FHWA funded projects due to shifts in project schedules, priorities and cost estimate increases or decreases that occurred through the project development process. Other scheduling changes or funding restructuring were also necessary to fiscally balance the aforementioned changes.

Changes to the FTA program reflect updated revenue estimates, project development related changes and updated grant award schedules.
