HONOLULU – The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) advises Oahu residents that Runway 4R-22L will be closed at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport on Monday, Sept. 17, 2018 from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., for airfield maintenance.
All arriving and departing flights during this time will be directed to Runway 8L which may cause an increase in air traffic over the Ewa planes and Honolulu area. Work is weather permitting.
HDOT appreciates the community’s cooperation while we work to provide the public with facilities that meet safety standards.
