The HDOT Harbors Division Engineering Branch Environmental Section is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive environmental compliance program(s) to satisfy the Division’s requirements for compliance with state and federal laws and department policies. This office serves as the divisional coordinator when it comes to environmental compliance at all state-operated commercial harbors, including, but not limited to, stormwater management, hazards storage and disposal management, contaminated site management, environmental audits, and pertinent training(s).
