Sale of a Cargo Facilities Lease by Public Auction at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport

The State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation, Airports, shall conduct a public auction for lease of a certain hangar facility for Air Cargo Operations, at the Department of Transportation, Airports offices, located at Terminal 1 (formerly the Inter-Island Terminal Building), 400 Rodgers Boulevard, Suite 700, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Friday May 26, 2023 at 10:00 AM.


Statement of Gross Income Forms

The Statement of Gross Income is due on or before the 20th day of the succeeding month. It is recommended that you submit the Statement of Gross Income with payment of requisite fees to the District where operations are being conducted at. However, you may submit the form and payment to the Airports Division Office, Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, Hilo International Airport, Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport, Kahului Airport, or Lihue Airport.


Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program

The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program ensures that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, as defined in 49 CFR Parts 23 and 26, shall have an equal opportunity to participate in federally assisted contracting and concession leasing.

Tenant Improvement Guidelines (T.I.G.)

Tenants at Airports wishing to make improvements to their premises, whether it is tenant owned or leased from the Airport, must follow the “Tenant Improvement Guidelines”.
