Department of Transportation Harbors - Online payment at: https://harbors.ehawaii.gov/wf/index.html
- A service fee of 5% plus a payment processing fee will be added to each credit card transaction. TO AVOID OVER/UNDER PAYMENT, DO NOT PAY UNTIL APPLICATION IS REVIEWED, APPROVED AND FEE IS CONFIRMED. If you are interested in using a credit card, please let us know when applying so we can let you know when to make the payment.
