Project Details
The planning shall include the preparation of environmental documentation and special studies, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 343, HRS. Work also includes, all necessary activities associated with the planning, including coordination with government agencies, including but not limited to the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), the State of Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH), Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), etc. for the preparation of necessary permit applications and conducting necessary studies to support the permit applications for improvement work that may include in-water construction, dredging, and coral transplantation.
