UPDATE September 23, 2020   The suspension of fishing in Oahu District commercial harbors is hereby rescinded effective 12:01 am Thursday September 24, 2020.  Fishing is only allowed in those public areas as designated in Hawaii Administrative Rule 19-42-137.  Fishing must also be in compliance with all relevant state, city and county orders and proclamations.  ...
