6/26/2011 – New cargo wharage tariff rates will take effect on Friday, July 1, 2012 as provided by Chapter 19-44, Hawaii Administrative Rules, entitled Rules Relating to Services and Procedures, Charges, Tolls and Fees. Revised self-reporting forms reflecting the new rates are available on the DOT Harbors website, https://hawaii.gov/dot/harbors/doing-business as of June 26, 2012. Please click on the above title for information on the tariff changes taking effect on July 1, 2012. To access the amendments to Chapter 19-44 in its entirety please go to the top menu and click “Library”, then “Harbors”, then “Admin Rules”. These new tariff rates are critical to the commercial harbors system’s ability to meet revenue requirements, sustain existing services, undertake and continue the modernization of facilities and maintain Hawaii’s lifeline to the world.
