An overhead satellite image shows the beachfront area of Hanalei on Kauaʻi with roadway labels marking planned traffic‑control points. The map highlights the section of Kūhiō Highway from Waiʻoli Bridge to Maloʻo Road. White text boxes mark specific locations along the roadway, including driveways, intersections, and nearby landmarks. A note at the bottom right corner explains that a yellow dot represents flaggers and blue arrows indicate the direction of traffic flow.
