The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) is pleased to announce a online application system for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) and Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBE).
Guide for currently certified firms and new firms applying for the first time
The system will allow DBE/ACDBE Vendors to electronically submit:

  Tutorial for New DBE/ACDBE Certification
• Interstate DBE/ACDBE Certification Application
  Affidavit of DBE Applicant (PDF Fillable form)  For Interstate Certification
  Tutorial for Interstate DBE/ACDBE Certification
