HDOT has converted to an online system to receive and process any changes to your firm’s circumstances that affect business size, disadvantaged status, ownership or control.

  • Log into the online system at https://hdot.gob2g.com/.  If you are currently DBE certified with HDOT, your firm is already in the system and an account already exists.
