Update As Of 12 Noon Zipmobile Remains Stalled Near Waikele Due To Computer Malfunction
Posted on Mar 31, 2015 in Highways News, Main, NewsHONOLULU – The state Department of Transportation (DOT) notifies Oahu motorists that the ZipMobile remains stalled on the H-1 Freeway in the Waikele area due to computer problems. It began closing the ZipperLane at 8:30 a.m. this morning as normal, but stalled at approximately 9:30 a.m.
Crews are currently working with the ZipMobile manufacturer on potential solutions. More information will be released as repairs are made. DOT thanks motorists for their patience and kokua.
