KAPOLEI – The Hawaii Department of Transportation, Harbors Division (DOT-H), will be holding a public informational meeting to discuss the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the planned development of Kalaeloa Barbers Point Harbor’s Fuel Pier at the following location and time.

This New Day project proposes to develop a dedicated fuel pier at Piers 3 and 4 to accommodate various types of fuels and accompanying vessels to meet future demand. Representatives from the HDOT and the contractor will be present to address community concerns and to answer questions.
