HONOLULU – The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) advises motorists of a three lane closure tonight, Aug. 10 on the H-1 Freeway westbound in the Pearl City/Waimalu area. The work is necessary to reset a girder on the widened section of the Pearl City Viaduct.

Beginning at 9:00 pm tonight two right lanes will be closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Pearl City/Waimalu Off-Ramp (Exit 10) and the Waipahu Off-Ramp (Exit 8B). A third right lane will be closed starting at 10:00 pm.

Crews are anticipated to be off the roadway by 4:00 am.
