HONOLULU – The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT), Harbors Division invites the community to a meeting to learn more about the improvements being proposed in the Kaumalapau Harbor Development Plan.  This Plan will provide guidance to the long-term development of the harbor and public input is welcome. 

The meeting is scheduled at the following time and location:
