KAHULUI – The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) notifies the public of lane closures affecting Kulanihakoi Street at its intersection with Piilani Highway to support the County of Maui’s Pavement Rehabilitation of Various South Maui Roads project. The single lane closures at the intersection will take place Thursday, Sept. 26 between 8:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. according to the following schedule:

Thursday Morning (8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.)

• The right turn lane from southbound Piilani Highway onto westbound Kulanihakoi Street will be closed.
• The left turn lane from northbound Piilani Highway onto westbound Kulanihakoi Street will be closed.

Thursday Afternoon (12:30 p.m. – 3 p.m.)

• The left turn lane from eastbound Kulanihakoi Street onto northbound Piilani Highway will be closed.
• The right turn lane from eastbound Kulanihakoi Street onto southbound Piilani Highway will be closed.
