2. APPLICABILITY:
All proposals to operate or transport oversize and overweight vehicles and loads over State highways.
3. PERMIT REQUIREMENTS:
(1) Application for permit shall be submitted on forms furnished by the Division. Applicant shall provide all information required on the form including sketches showing plan and elevation of wheel arrangements, dimensions, and distribution of load.
(2) Permit fee varies from $5.00 to $25.00.
(3) Certificate of insurance on file.
4. REVIEW PROCEDURE:
Review time varies. Excessive loads (in size and/or weight) may require further departmental review which may take up to a minimum of three (3) weeks.
