The Holiday Lane Closure Restriction runs from Thursday, Nov. 27, through Sunday, Nov. 30. Only closures with demonstrated need (e.g., necessary for safety or to avoid lengthy construction delays) have been approved and are on this list.

— H-1 FREEWAY —
1) WAIPAHU TO AIEA (NIGHT WORK)
Two to three right lanes closed on the eastbound H-1 Freeway, in the vicinity of the Naval Access Road underpass to the Waimalu off-ramp (Exit 10), from 7 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. on the evening of Monday, Dec. 1 and Thursday, Dec. 4 for the Pearl City & Waimalu Viaduct Deck Repairs.
Note: The closure will start with two lanes closed at 7 p.m. and increase to three lanes from 8 p.m. through the duration of the closure.
2) PEARL CITY
Right shoulder closure on the Waipahu off-ramp (Exit 8B) from the westbound H-1 Freeway, from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 1, through Friday, Dec. 5, for slope improvements.
3) PEARL CITY TO AIEA (NIGHT WORK)
Two to three lanes closed on the right-hand side of the eastbound H-1 Freeway, in the vicinity of the Hugh Street underpass and the Kaonohi Street overpass, from 7 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. on the evening of Tuesday, Dec. 2 and Wednesday, Dec. 3 for work as part of the Pearl City & Waimalu Viaduct Repairs.
Note: The closure will start with two lanes closed from 7p.m. and increase to three lanes from 8 p.m. through the duration of the closure.
4) STADIUM TO AIRPORT VIADUCT (NIGHT WORK)
Two lanes closed on the right-hand side of the westbound H-1 Freeway, in the vicinity of the Kahuapaani Street underpass and the Valkenburgh Street underpass, from 8 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. on the evening of Monday, Dec. 1 and Tuesday, Dec. 2 for installation of temporary striping.
5) AIRPORT VIADUCT (NIGHT WORK)
Closure of three right lanes of the westbound H-1 Freeway/Airport Viaduct from the Nimitz on-ramp to the Airport off-ramp from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 2 through Thursday, Dec. 4 for the Airport Viaduct Repairs.
The following ramps will be closed during this work:
- Airport off-ramp (Exit 16) from the westbound H-1 Airport Viaduct, closed at 6 p.m. nightly
- H-1 Middle Street on-ramp to the westbound H-1 Airport Viaduct
Kamehameha Highway on-ramp to the westbound H-1 Airport Viaduct
Motorists will be detoured via Nimitz Highway.
6) AIRPORT VIADUCT TO KAHALA
Roving right lane closure on the H-1 Freeway possible in either direction, between Puuloa Road and Ainakoa Avenue, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 1, through Friday, Dec. 5, to address pothole, litter, and sign requests.
7) HONOLULU (24-HOUR CLOSURE)

Single lane closure on the left-hand side of the westbound H-1 Freeway, in the vicinity of Waialae Avenue and South King Street, from 8:30 p.m. to 4 a.m. on the evening of Wednesday, Dec. 3 for guardrail repairs.
11) KAHALA
Two left lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway, one in each direction, in the vicinity of 14th Avenue and Ainakoa Avenue, from 8:30 a.m. through 2 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 1 through Friday, Dec. 5 for soil replacement and fiber reinforced polymer installations in planters.

Right lane closure on the Kaneohe-bound H-3 Freeway, in the vicinity of the Hospital Rock Tunnels and the Harano Tunnels, from 2 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on the morning of Saturday, Nov. 29 for repairing steel plate welds.

1) NUUANU TO KAILUA
Roving closure of two left lanes on Pali Highway (Route 61), one in each direction, in the vicinity of Nuuanu Pali Drive and Castle Medical center, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 1 through Friday, Dec. 5 for grass trimming.
2) KAILUA
Left lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway/Kailua Road (Route 61), possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Ulumanu Drive and Uluhala Street, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 1 through Wednesday, Dec. 3 for traffic signals project. Potential closures of a single lane in both directions (for a total of two lanes) may be necessary.
3) KAILUA
Intermittent full closures of Kailua Road (Route 61) in both directions, at the intersection of Uluoa Street, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 2, for installation of traffic mast arm and tightening of bolts. Full closures will be up to five-minutes at a time.
4) KAILUA
Intermittent full closures of Kailua Road (Route 61) in both directions, at the intersection of Ulumanu Street, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 4, for installation of traffic mast arm and tightening of bolts. Full closures will be up to five-minutes at a time, in one direction at a time.

Right lane closure on Kalihi Street (Route 63) possible in either direction between Eluwene Street and Coburn Street, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 1 through Friday, Dec. 5 for HART civil work approaching the Dillingham Boulevard intersection. One lane to remain open at all times.

Roving right lane closure on Likelike Highway (Route 63) possible in either direction, between Nalanieha Street and the Kalihi-end of the Wilson Tunnels, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 1 through Thursday, Dec. 4 for herbicide treating.

Left lane closure on Kaneohe-bound Likelike Highway (Route 63) just before the entrance to the Wilson Tunnel, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 3 for guardrail repairs.

Roving right shoulder closure on Likelike Highway (Route 63), possible in either direction, between the Kaneohe-side of the Wilson Tunnels and Kahekili Highway, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 1 through Thursday, Dec. 4 for mechanical mowing work.

Single lane closure on Kamehameha Highway (Route 99) possible in either direction between Kohomua Street and Center Drive, on Monday, Dec. 1, through Friday, Dec. 5 for HART civil work. Closure times vary by direction and are scheduled as follows:
- Eastbound closures: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Westbound closures: 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
