— H-1 FREEWAY — 

1) KAPOLEI TO KAHALA (WEEKEND/ NIGHT WORK) 

Roving shoulder closure and lane shift on the H-1 Freeway, possible in either direction, in the vicinity of the Kalaeloa Interchange and Ainakoa Avenue, on Sunday, March 30, through Thursday, April 3, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. for storm drain inspections and cleaning.   

 

2) KAPOLEI  

Right shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway, in the eastbound direction, in the vicinity of Kualakai Parkway, on Friday, April 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for guardrail repairs.  

 

3) KUNIA 

Right shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway, in the westbound direction, in the vicinity of the Kunia off-ramp (Exit 5B) and Kunia Road, on Wednesday, April 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for guardrail repairs.  

 

4) WAIPAHU 

Left shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway, in the westbound direction, in the vicinity of Managers Drive underpass and the Waikele/Waipahu off-ramp (Exit 7), on Tuesday, April 1, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for guardrail repairs.  

  

5) WAIPAHU TO AIRPORT VIADUCT (WEEKEND/ NIGHT WORK) 

Three left lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway, in the westbound direction, in the vicinity of the Waiawa Interchange and the Pearl Harbor Interchange, nightly on Sunday, March 31, through Thursday, April 3, from 8:30 p.m. to 4 a.m. for asphalt repaving. The Zipper Lane barriers will be deployed at 8 p.m. for this work.  

 

6) PEARL CITY 

Right lane closure on the westbound Waipahu off-ramp (Exit 8B) from the H-1 Freeway, on Monday, March 31, through Friday, April 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for slope improvements.   

 

7) PEARL CITY (WEEKEND/ NIGHT WORK) 

Single lane closure on the H-1 Freeway, in the westbound direction, in the vicinity of the Waiawa Road Overpass, on the evening of Friday, March 28, through the morning of Saturday, March 29, from 8:30 p.m. to 4 a.m. for overpass sign work. 

  

8) PEARL CITY TO AIEA (WEEKEND/ NIGHT WORK) 

Four left lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway, in the eastbound direction, in the vicinity of the Waiawa Interchange and the Pono Street Underpass, on the evening of Friday, March 28, through the morning of Saturday, March 29, from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. for asphalt repaving. Three lanes will be closed at 7 p.m. The fourth lane will be closed at 8 p.m.  

 

9) PEARL CITY TO AIEA (WEEKEND/ NIGHT WORK) 

Four left lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway, in the eastbound direction, in the vicinity of the Waiawa Interchange and the Pono Street Underpass, on the evening of Saturday, March 29, through the morning of Sunday, March 30, from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. for asphalt repaving. Three lanes will be closed at 7 p.m. The fourth lane will be closed at 8 p.m.  

 

10) PEARL CITY TO AIEA (NIGHT WORK) 

Four left lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway, in the eastbound direction, in the vicinity of the Waiawa Interchange and the Pono Street Underpass, on Tuesday, April 1, through Thursday, April 3, from 7 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. for asphalt repaving. Three lanes will be closed at 7 p.m. The fourth lane will be closed at 8 p.m.   

 

11) PEARL CITY 

Roving shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway, possible in either direction, in the vicinity of the Waimalu off-ramp (Exit 10) and Moanalua Road, on Monday, March 31, from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. for work line grass trimming.  

 

12) STADIUM TO RADFORD (WEEKEND/ NIGHT WORK) 

Three right lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway, in the eastbound direction, in the vicinity of the Kaimakani Street Overpass and the Nimitz Highway/ Joint Base Pearl Harbor/Hickam off-ramp (Exit 15), on Friday, March 28, through the morning of Monday, March 31, from 6:30 p.m. to 4 a.m., for the H-1 Salt Lake Rehabilitation. 13) AIRPORT VIADUCT  

Right shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway, in the westbound direction, in the vicinity of the Pearl Harbor/ Hickam on-ramp, on Monday, March 31, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for guardrail repairs.  

 

14) AIRPORT VIADUCT (WEEKEND/ NIGHT WORK) 

Full closure of the Joint Base Pearl Harbor/Hickam off-ramp (Exit 15B) from the westbound H-1 Freeway, on Friday, March 28, through Saturday, March 29, from 8 p.m. to 12 p.m., for concrete deck repairs and repaving work. 15) AIRPORT VIADUCT (WEEKEND/ NIGHT WORK) 

Three right lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway/Airport Viaduct, in the westbound direction, in the vicinity of the Pearl Harbor Interchange and the Keehi Interchange, continuously closed from 8 p.m. on Friday, March 28, through 4 a.m. on Monday, March 31, for concrete deck and joint work. Full closures of the Dillingham Boulevard and Kamehameha Highway on-ramp to the westbound H-1 Airport Viaduct will be in effect during this work. Single lane closure on the H-1 Freeway, in the westbound direction, in the vicinity of the Middle Street merge, on Wednesday, April 2, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for pavement marking work.  

 

17) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/ NIGHT WORK) 

Lane closure on the Middle Street/Dillingham Boulevard off-ramp (Exit 18B) from the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction on Sunday, March 30, Monday, March 31, Tuesday, April 1, and Thursday, April 3, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., for HART station work.

Two right lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway, in the eastbound direction, in the vicinity of The Ola Lane Overpass and the Likelike Highway off-ramp (Exit 20A), nightly on Wednesday, April 2, through Friday, April 4, from 9 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. as part of the H-1 Freeway Widening. 20) KAHALA 

Single lane closure and lane shift on the H-1 Freeway, possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Ainakoa Avenue, on Monday, March 31, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. for graffiti removal, fencing repairs and pothole filling.  

 

— H-2 FREEWAY — 

1) MILILANI  

Right shoulder closure on the H-2 Freeway, in the Honolulu-bound direction, in the vicinity the Mililani off-ramp (Exit 5), on Tuesday, April 1, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for guardrail repairs. 

 

— H-201 MOANALUA FREEWAY — 

1) STADIUM (WEEKEND/ NIGHT WORK) 

Right lane and shoulder closure on the H-201 Moanalua Freeway, possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Moanalua Road and the Halawa Interchange, on Sunday, March 30, through Thursday, April 3, from 8:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. for installation of attenuator concrete pads. Ramps will remain open during this work.  

 

2) HALAWA TO HONOLULU (WEEKEND/ NIGHT WORK) 

Roving shoulder closure on the H-201 Moanalua Freeway, in the eastbound direction, in the vicinity of the Halawa Interchange and Puuloa Road, on Saturday, March 29, from 3 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for grass trimming, litter removal and scraping work.  

 

3) HALAWA TO HONOLULU (WEEKEND/ NIGHT WORK) 

Left lane closure on the H-201 Moanalua Freeway, in the westbound direction, in the vicinity of the Halawa Interchange and Puuloa Road, on Saturday, March 29, from 3 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for grass trimming, litter removal and scraping work. 

 

4) HONOLULU 

Left lane closure on the H-201 Moanalua Freeway, in the eastbound direction, in the vicinity of Puuloa Road, on Monday, March 31, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for guardrail and post repairs. 

 

5) MOANALUA (WEEKEND/ NIGHT WORK) 

Full closure on H-201 Moanalua Freeway, in the westbound direction, in the vicinity of Fort Shafter/ Kaua Street on-ramp and the Middle Street off-ramp (Exit 19A), on Sunday, March 30, through Thursday, April 3, from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. for paving maintenance. — H-3 FREEWAY — 

1) KAILUA TO HALAWA (WEEKEND/ NIGHT WORK) 

Roving shoulder closure on the H-3 Freeway, possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Kaneohe Marine Corps Base Hawaii and the Halawa Interchange, on Sunday, March 30, through Thursday, April 3, from 9 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. for storm drain inspection and cleaning.  

 

2) KANEOHE (NIGHT WORK) 

Single lane closure on the H-3 Freeway, possible in either direction, in the Tetsuo Harano Tunnels, on Monday, March 31, through Thursday, April 3, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. for lighting upgrades. One direction will be closed at a time.  

 

3) KANEOHE  

Left lane closure on the H-3 Freeway, in the Kaneohe-bound direction, in the Tetsuo Harano Tunnels, on Tuesday, April 1, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for preventative maintenance.  

 

4) KANEOHE  

Left lane closure on the H-3 Freeway, in the Honolulu-bound direction, in the Tetsuo Harano Tunnels, on Thursday, April 3, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for preventative maintenance. 

  

— FARRINGTON HIGHWAY (ROUTES 93/ 7101) — 

1) MAKAHA 

Single lane closure on Farrington Highway in the vicinity of Keaau Stream Bridge on Monday, March 31, through Saturday, April 5, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for erosion repair and mitigation. Travel in both directions will be maintained through alternating traffic control (i.e., contraflow) in the remaining lane.  

 

2) WAIANAE  

Right lane closure on Farrington Highway, in the eastbound direction, in the vicinity of Pokai Bay Way and Leihoku Street, on Thursday, April 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for guardrail repairs. 

  

3) NANAKULI TO KAPOLEI (NIGHT WORK) 

Two left lanes closed on Farrington Highway (Route 93), one in each direction, in the vicinity of Nanakuli Avenue to the Kalaeloa Interchange, on Monday, March 31, through Thursday, April 3, from 7 p.m. to 6:15 a.m. for pavement reconstruction, signage and drainage relocation, and widening work. Right shoulder closure on Farrington Highway (Route 93), in the vicinity of Waiomea Street, on Friday, April 4, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for guardrail and post repairs from previous MVC.  

 

5) KAPOLEI (WEEKEND/ NIGHT WORK) 

Right lane closure and lane shift on Farrington Highway (Route 93), in the eastbound direction, on Sunday, March 30, through Wednesday, April 2, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. for restriping work. Concrete barriers will be deployed during this work. Kalaeloa off-ramp to remain open. 

 

6) WAIPAHU  

Right lane closure on Farrington Highway (Route 7101), in the westbound direction, in the vicinity of Waipahu Town Center and Leonui Street, on Wednesday, April 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for HECO pole replacement work.  

 

7) WAIPAHU  

Right lane closure on Farrington Highway (Route 7101), in the westbound direction, in the vicinity of Pupupuhi Street and Aniani Place, on Thursday, April 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for HECO pole replacement work. 

 

— KALANIANAOLE HIGHWAY/ KAILUA ROAD (ROUTES 61/72) — 

1) KAILUA 

Single lane closure on Kailua Road (Route 61), possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Ulumanu Drive and Uluhala Street, on Monday, March 31, through Friday, April 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for traffic signals project. Potential closures of both lanes may be necessary.  

 

2) KAILUA
Single lane closure on Kailua Road/Kalanianaole Highway (Route 61), possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Castle Medical Center and Auloa Road, on Monday, March 31, through Friday, April 4, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for sign maintenance work.  

 

3) KAILUA (NIGHT WORK) 

Single lane closure on Kailua Road/Kalanianaole Highway (Route 61), in the Honolulu-bound direction, between mile marker 7 to 9, in the vicinity of Auloa Road, on Monday, March 31, through Thursday, April 3, from 8:30 p.m. to 4 a.m. for guardrail installation. 

 

4) KAILUA  

Roving right lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway (Route 61), in the Honolulu-bound direction, in the vicinity of Castle Junction, on Monday, March 31, through Friday, April 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for tree trimming and scraping work.  

 

5) KAILUA  

Roving single lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway (Route 72), in the northbound direction, in the vicinity of Kailua Road and Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility, on Monday, March 31, through Friday, April 4, March 28, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for preparation work for future traffic signals project.  

 

6) HAWAII KAI 

Right lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway (Route 72), in the southbound direction, in the vicinity of Sandy Beach Park, on Monday, March 31, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. for repair work to address complaints.

Intermittent single lane closures on Kahekili Highway (Route 83), possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Kamehameha Highway and the Hygenic Store, on Sunday, March 30, through Friday, April 4, from 9:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.  

 

2) KAHALUU TO KANEOHE 

Roving single lane closure on Kahekili Highway (Route 83), possible in either direction, in the vicinity of the Hygenic Store and Likelike Highway, on Monday, March 31, through Friday, April 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for sign and ADA Mat installations.  

 

— JOSEPH P. LEONG/ KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY (ROUTES 80/83/99) — 

1) HALEIWA TO KAHALUU  

Roving shoulder closure on Joseph P. Leong/ Kamehameha Highway (Route 83), possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Weed Circle and Waihee Road, on Tuesday, April 1, through Friday, April 4, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. for tree trimming, pothole filling and sign maintenance.  

 

2) HALEIWA (NIGHT WORK) 

 Single lane closure on Jospeh P. Leong/ Kamehameha Highway (Route 83), possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Twin Bridge Road and Kapuhi Street, on Tuesday, April 1, through Thursday, April 3, from 8:30 p.m. to 4 a.m. for manhole adjustments and repaving work. One direction will be closed at a time. 

 

3) HALEIWA 

Right lane closure on Kamehameha Highway (Route 83), in the Kaneohe-bound direction, in the vicinity of Tutu Street and Paumalu Place, on Monday, March 31, through Friday, April 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for aerial fiber optic cable replacements.  

 

4) LAIE
Alternating single lane closure and lane shift on Kamehameha Highway (Route 83), possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Lanihuli Street and the Polynesian Cultural Center, on Monday, March 31, through Friday, April 4, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for installation of pavement markings.  

 

5) HAUULA  

Right lane closure on Kamehameha Highway (Route 83), in the Kahuku-bound direction, in the vicinity of Kokololio Beach Park and Kaluanui Stream, on Monday, March 31, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for maintenance work to address complaints.  

 

6) HAUULA  

Left lane closure on Kamehameha Highway (Route 83), in the Kaneohe-bound direction, in the vicinity of Kahikole Place, on Monday, March 31, through Friday, April 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for guardrail repairs.  

 

7) PUNALUU 

Single lane closure on Kamehameha Highway (Route 83), possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Green Valley Road and Punaluu Beach Park, on Monday, March 31, through Friday, April 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for guardrail repairs. 

 

8) KAHALUU 

Alternating right lane closure on Kamehameha Highway (Route 83), in the Kaneohe-bound direction, in the vicinity of Sunshine Arts studio, on Monday, March 31, through Friday, April 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for maintenance crews to clear out stream bed at Kahaluu Stream in preparation of repairs to pedestrian bridge.  

 

9) KANEOHE 

Roving single lane closure on Kamehameha Highway (Route 83), possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Likelike Highway and Castle Junction, on Monday, March 31, through Friday, April 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for sign and ADA Mat installations.  

 

10) HALEIWA   

Roving right lane closure on Kamehameha Highway (Route 99), possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Weed Circle and Nui Avenue, on Tuesday, April 1, through Friday, April 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for tree trimming and Bomford work.   

  

11) HALEIWA TO WAHIAWA 

Roving right shoulder closure on Kamehameha Highway (Route 99), possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Weed Circle and Nui Avenue, on Tuesday, April 1, through Thursday, April 3, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. for mechanical mowing.  

 

12) HALEIWA TO WAHIAWA 

Roving right shoulder closure on Kamehameha Highway (Route 99), possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Nui Avenue and the H-2 Freeway, on Tuesday, April 1, through Friday, April 4, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. for mechanical mowing.  

 

13) WAHIAWA 

Right lane closure on Kamehameha Highway (Route 99), possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Wilikina Drive and Kunia Road, on Friday, April 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for litter removal and baseyard maintenance. 

 

14) PEARL CITY 

Roving shoulder closure on Kamehameha Highway (Route 99), in the westbound direction, in the vicinity of Puu Poni Street and Kaahumanu Street, on Tuesday, April 1, through Thursday, April 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for fence repairs. 

 

15) AIEA (WEEKEND WORK) 

Right lane closure on Kamehameha Highway (Route 99), possible in either direction, in the vicinity of the Aiea Bay State Recreation Area, on Saturday, March 29, from 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for maintenance work near Moanalua Stream. 

 

16) PEARL HARBOR (24/7 CLOSURE) 

Up to two lanes closed on Kamehameha Highway (Route 99) in both directions between Center Drive and Kohomua Street, on Monday, March 31 through Friday, April 4, over a 24-hour period, for The Rail.

17) AIRPORT VIADUCT (WEEKEND/ NIGHT WORK) 

Left shoulder closure and lane shift on the eastbound Kamehameha Highway (Route 99) off-ramp to the eastbound H-1 Freeway/Airport Viaduct, on Sunday, March 30, through Thursday, April 3, from 8 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. for HART Civil work.

18) KALIHI (24/7 CLOSURE) 

Kamehameha Highway between Middle Street and Laumaka Street will be reduced to one westbound and one eastbound lane 24-hours a day, seven days a week, for The Rail. Other adjustments to the area include: 

No left turns from Kamehameha Highway will be allowed. 

Pedestrian access will be maintained. 

Driveway and business access will be maintained. 

The H-1 eastbound off-ramp to Dillingham Blvd. will be reduced to one lane. Middle Street southbound left turn reduced to single turn lane. 

 

The sidewalk on the makai side of Dillingham Boulevard between Puuhale Road and Mokauea Street will be closed 24/7 with pedestrians rerouted to the mauka sidewalk.

Roving single lane closure on Likelike Highway (Route 63), in the Kaneohe-bound direction, in the vicinity of the Wilson Tunnels and School Street, on Monday, March 31, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. for grass trimming and litter removal.  

 

3) KALIHI 

Right lane closure on Likelike Highway (Route 63), in the Honolulu-bound direction, between mile post 3.0 to 3.1, on Monday, March 31, through Friday, April 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for storm drain cleaning, and CCTV inspection. 

 

4) KALIHI 

Right lane closure on Likelike Highway (Route 63), in the Kaneohe-bound direction, between mile post 3.0 to 3.1, on Monday, March 31, through Friday, April 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for storm drain cleaning, and CCTV inspection.    

 

— NIMITZ HIGHWAY (ROUTE 92) — 

1) HONOLULU 

Right lane closure on Nimitz Highway (Route 92), in the eastbound direction between Main Street and Aolele Street, Monday, March 31, through Friday, April 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for HART civil work.
