— KAUMUALII HIGHWAY (ROUTE 50) —

 

1) KIPU TO KOLOA

Shoulder closure on Kaumualii Highway (Route 50) possible in either direction, between mile post 2.9 to 5.2, in the vicinity of Kipu Road and Kahili Road on Monday, March 31, through Friday, April 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for striping.

 

2) KOLOA (NIGHT WORK)

Right lane closure on Kaumualii Highway (Route 50) possible in either direction, between mile post 6 to 7, in the vicinity of Kahili Wai Street on, Wednesday April 2, from 12:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. for cutting grass.

 

3) HANAPEPE (NIGHT WORK)

Single lane closure on Kaumualii Highway (Route 50) possible in either direction, between mile post 15.5 to 15.6, on Sunday, March 30 through Friday, April 4, from 8:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. for striping.

 

4) KEKAHA (24/7 CLOSURE) 

Right lane closure on Kaumualii Highway (Route 50) possible in either direction between mile post 24.37 to 24.46, in the vicinity of Kikiaola Boat Harbor, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for replacement of culverts. 5) KEKAHA TO MANA

Right lane closure on Kaumualii Highway (Route 50) possible in either direction between mile post 26 to 32, in the vicinity of Kala Road, on Monday, March 31 through Friday, April 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for cutting grass and ditch cleaning.

 

— RICE STREET (ROUTE 51) —

 

1) NAWILIWILI

Right lane closure on Kuhio Highway (Route 56) in the northbound direction, between mile post 0.3 to 0.8, in the vicinity of Hoolaulea Way and Kapule Highway, on, Monday, March 31 through and Wednesday, April 2 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for cutting grass.

 

— KUHIO HIGHWAY (ROUTES 56/560) —

 

1) LIHUE

Right lane closure on Kuhio Highway (Route 56) possible in either direction, between mile post 0.0 to 0.3, in the vicinity of Rice Street and Poinciana Street, on Tuesday, April 1 and Wednesday, April 2 from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for clearing hau bush.

2) LIHUE (NIGHT WORK)

Right lane closure on Kuhio Highway (Route 56) possible in either direction, between mile post 0.0 to 0.5, in the vicinity of Rice Street and Ehiku Street, on Tuesday, April 1, from 1 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. for clearing grass.

3) HANAMAULU

Right lane closure on Kuhio Highway (Route 56) possible in either direction, between mile post 2.6 to 3.5, in the vicinity of Kapule Highway and Kauai Beach Road on Monday, March 31 through Friday, April 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for grass cutting.

 

4) WAILUA (NIGHT WORK/WEEKEND WORK)

Single lane closure on Kuhio Highway (Route 56) possible in either direction, between mile post 6.2 to 6.3, in the vicinity of Papaloa Road and Lanikai Street on Sunday, March 30, through Friday, April 4 from 8 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. for sign installation.

 

 5) KAPAA TO KEALIA (NIGHT WORK/WEEKEND WORK)

Single lane closure on Kuhio Highway (Route 56) possible in either direction, between mile post 8.1 to 9.7, in the vicinity of Akia Road and Mailihuna Road, on Sunday, March 30 through Friday, April 4 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. for resurfacing, concrete, and electrical work. Alternating traffic will be routed through the open lane.

 

6) KILAUEA TO KALIHIWAI (NIGHT WORK)

Single lane closure on Kuhio Highway (Route 56) possible in either direction, between mile post 23.1 to 23.8, in the vicinity of Kuawa Road and Kalihiwai Road, on Monday, March 31 through Friday, April 4, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. for installing a speed table.

 

7) KALIHIWAI (NIGHT WORK)

Right closure on Kuhio Highway (Route 56) possible in either direction, between mile post 24 to 25, in the vicinity of Kalihiwai Road, on Thursday, April 3, from 1 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. for cleaning of drains.

 

8) KALIHIWAI TO PRINCEVILLE (NIGHT WORK/WEEKEND WORK)

Single lane closure on Kuhio Highway (Route 56) possible in either direction, between mile post 24.4 to 28.1, in the vicinity of Kalihiholo Road and Emmalani Drive, on Sunday March 30 through Friday, April 4, from 8 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. for replacement of signs and markers.

 

9) PRINCEVILLE TO HANALEI

Intermittent full closure on Kuhio Highway (Route 560), between mile post 0.3 to 1.2, in the vicinity of Hanalei Plantation Road and Ohiki Road, on Tuesday, April 1 and Wednesday, April 2 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the bottom of each hour, for installing a wire mesh on the Hanalei hillside. 10) HANALEI

Right lane closure on Kuhio Highway (Route 560), between mile post 1.3 to 1.7, in the vicinity of Ohiki Road, on Monday, March 31 through Friday, April 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for cutting grass.

 

11) HANALEI

Right lane closure on Kuhio Highway (Route 560) in the westbound direction, between mile post 2.9 to 3.3, on Monday, March 31 through Friday, April 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for sidewalk installation. Alternating traffic will be routed through the open lane.

 

12) HANALEI TO WAIKOKO (NIGHT WORK)

Single lane closure on Kuhio Highway (Route 560) possible in either direction, between mile post 3.3 to 4.3, in the vicinity of Kumu Road, on Monday, March 31 through Friday, April from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. for paving. Alternating traffic will be routed through the open lane.

 

13) WAIKOKO (24/7 CLOSURE)

Single lane closure on Kuhio Highway (Route 560) possible in either direction between mile post 4.3 to 4.5, in the vicinity of Waikoko Bridge and Lumahai Trailhead, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for slope stabilization of Waikoko Hillside. — HALEWILI ROAD (ROUTE 540) —

 

1) KALAHEO

Single lane closure on Halewili Road (Route 540) possible in either direction, between mile post 0 to 1, on Monday, March 31 through Friday, April 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for striping and marker installation. Alternating traffic will be routed through the open lane.

 

— WAIMEA CANYON DRIVE (ROUTE 550) —

  

1) KOKEE 

Single lane closure on Waimea Canyon Drive (Route 550) possible in either direction, between mile post 11.5 to 14, on Monday, March 31, through, Friday, April 4 from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for shoulder stabilization, guardrail, and striping. Alternating traffic will be routed through the open lane.

 

— MAALO ROAD (ROUTE 583) —

 

1) KAPAIA (WEEKEND WORK)

Right lane closure on Maalo Road (Route 58) possible in either direction, between mile post 2 to 3, on Saturday, March 29, from 4 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for grass cutting.
