Shoulder closure on Kamehameha V Highway (Route 450) in the eastbound direction between mile marker 12.6 and 12.8, on Thursday, Dec. 4 to Friday, Dec. 5, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for guardrail repair.
