2015 -2018 (+2) STIP REVISION #17

The State Department of Transportation is providing an opportunity for the public to submit comments on the proposed STIP Revision #17, an amendment, to the Federal Fiscal Years (FFY) 2015 to 2018 (+2) Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). The STIP document identifies projects that are to be programmed for federal Highway or Transit funding.

The purpose of this revision is to address major changes to FHWA funded projects due to changes in purpose and need, shifts in project schedules, priorities, and significant cost estimate increases or decreases that occurred through the project development process. Some projects will be added to and others deferred out of the STIP due to these changes. Other scheduling changes or funding restructuring were also necessary to fiscally balance the aforementioned changes.

Proposed STIP Revision #17 can be found in the following file.
