Update: 7/20/26: The nighttime single lane closure of one north bound lane on Piilani Highway (Route 31) in the vicinity of East Waipuilani Road has been postponed this week.
Correction: 7/20/26: The right lane on Honoapiilani Highway (Route 30) in the southbound direction between mile marker 20.25 and 20.8 in the vicinity of Shaw Street and Dickenson Street is closed 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, until further notice for replacement of two catch basins.
Update: 7/20/26: No spot spraying along Hana Highway (Route 360) on Monday, July 20.

1) WAILUKU
Roving single lane closure on Honoapiilani Highway (Route 30) in the southbound direction, between mile marker 0 and 1 in the vicinity of Main Street and Kuikahi Drive, from Wednesday, July 22 to Friday, July 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for tree crown raising. Traffic will be alternated in the open lane.
2) PALI
Roving single lane closure on Honoapiilani Highway (Route 30) in either direction, between mile marker 7 and 10 in the vicinity of McGregor Point from Monday, July 20 to Friday, July 24, from 6 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., for shoulder work. Traffic will be maintained in both directions with a lane shift.
3) UKUMEHAME TO OLOWALU
Roving shoulder closure on Honoapiilani Highway (Route 30) in the northbound direction, between mile marker 11.7 and 17.1 in the vicinity of Ukumehame Park and the southern terminus of the Lahaina Bypass from Monday, July 20 to Friday, July 24, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. to HiTelcom to remove cables from pole lines.
4) LAHAINA
Right single lane closure on Honoapiilani Highway (Route 30) in both directions, between mile marker 19.5 and 20.3 in the vicinity of Hokiokio Place and Shaw Street, from Monday, July 20 to Friday, July 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for guardrail installation.
5) LAHAINA (24/7 CLOSURE)
Right lane closure on Honoapiilani Highway (Route 30) in the southbound direction between mile marker 20.25 and 20.8 in the vicinity of Shaw Street and Dickenson Street, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, until further notice from Monday, July 20 to Friday, July 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for replacement of three two catch basins.
6) LAHAINA
Right lane closure on Honoapiilani Highway (Route 30) in the northbound direction between mile marker 20.5 and 20.8 in the vicinity of Dickenson Street and Shaw Street, from Monday, July 20 to Friday, July 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for guardrail replacement.
7) LAHAINA
Single lane closure on Honoapiilani Highway (Route 30) in either direction, between mile marker 20.9 and 21.9 in the vicinity of Lahainaluna Road and Kapunakea Street from Monday, July 20 to Friday, July 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for guardrail replacement.
8) LAHAINA
Single lane closure on Honoapiilani Highway (Route 30) in the northbound direction, between mile marker 22.2 and 22.3 in the vicinity of Fleming Road and Wahikuli Road Monday, July 20 to Friday, July 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for replacement of one drain inlet.
9) HONOKOHAU
Single lane closure on Honoapiilani Highway (Route 30) in the northbound direction between mile markers 35.2 and 36.2, from Monday, July 20 to Friday, July 24 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., for rockfall clearing, drilling, shotcrete installation, and mesh installation. Traffic will be alternated in the open lane.

1) KIHEI TO WAILEA
Roving single lane closure on Piilani Highway (Route 31) in the either direction, between mile marker 0.0 and 7.1 in the vicinity of North Kihei Road and Wailea Gateway Place, from Monday, July 20 to Friday, July 24, from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for guardrail landscaping.
2) KIHEI (NIGHT WORK)
Right shoulder closure on Piilani Highway (Route 31) in the northbound direction between mile marker 0 and 0.1 in the vicinity of North Kihei Road, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday, July 20 for Hawaiian Telcom fiber cable work.
3) KIHEI (NIGHT WORK)
Right shoulder closure on Piilani Highway (Route 31) in the northbound direction between mile marker 0.6 and 0.7 in the vicinity of Moi Place, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday, July 20 for Hawaiian Telcom fiber cable work.

Right single lane closure on Piilani Highway (Route 31) in the northbound direction between mile marker 1.2 and 1.3 in the vicinity of Manao Kala Street, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday, July 20 for Hawaiian Telcom fiber cable work. One lane will remain open for through traffic.
6) KIHEI (NIGHT WORK)
Left single lane closure on Piilani Highway (Route 31) in the northbound direction between mile marker 1.7 and 2.1 in the Piilani roundabout and in the vicinity of Kulanihakoi Road from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday, July 20 for Hawaiian Telcom fiber cable work. One lane will remain open for through traffic.
7) KIHEI (NIGHT WORK) POSTPONED
Single lane closure on Piilani Highway (Route 31), in the northbound direction, between mile marker 2.2 and 2.5, in the vicinity of East Waipuilani Road, nightly, from Monday, July 20 to Friday, July 24, from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., with the last closure opening at 5 a.m., Friday, July 24, for guardrail installation for the construction of a new intersection for the Maui Research & Technology Park residential subdivision. One lane will remain open for through traffic.
8) KIHEI (24/7 CLOSURE)
Shoulder closure on Piilani Highway (Route 31), in the northbound direction, near mile marker 2, in the vicinity of East Waipuilani Road, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, until further notice for construction of a new intersection for Maui Research & Technology Park residential subdivision. Roving single lane closure on Hana Highway (Route 360), in the eastbound direction, between mile marker 1 and 3 in the vicinity of Puniawa Road and Ulalena Loop from Monday, July 20 to Wednesday, July 22 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for Albizia tree removal. Traffic will be alternated in the open lane.
2) HUELO TO KAILUA (NIGHT/DAILY WORK)
Roving shoulder closure on Hana Highway (Route 360), possible in either direction, between mile marker 3 and 6 from Monday, July 20 to Friday, July 24 from 12:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., for spot spraying for weed control.

3) WAIKAMOI
Single lane closure on Hana Highway (Route 360), in the northbound direction, between mile marker 9.79 and 10, in the vicinity of Waikamoi Stream, from Monday, July 20 to Friday, July 24, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for slope work and road restoration. 2) KULA
Single lane closure on Kula Highway (Route 37), in the northbound direction, between mile markers 9.9 and 10, at the intersection with Omaopio Road, from Monday, July 20 to Thursday, July 23, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for intersection improvements. Traffic will be alternated in the open lane. There will temporary holds of traffic at the mauka intersection of Kula Highway and Omaopio Road on Tuesday, July 21 and Wednesday, July 22. One lane on Omaopio Road mauka of the intersection will also be closed on Thursday, July 23 and Friday, July 24. Single lane closure on Kula Highway (Route 37) in the northbound direction, between mile marker 15.0 and 15.3, in the vicinity of Lauie Drive and Pueo Drive, from Monday, July 20 to Wednesday, July 22, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for HECO maintenance. Traffic will be alternated in the open lane.

Shoulder closure on Kahului Beach Road (Route 3400), in the southbound direction, between mile markers 0.45 and 0.88, in the vicinity of Wahinepio Avenue and Kanaloa Avenue, from Tuesday, July 21 to Wednesday, July 22, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for trench excavation.
