— H-1 FREEWAY —
1) KAPOLEI TO KUNIA
Roving shoulder closure on the right-hand side of the H-1 Freeway, possible in either direction, between the Kalaeloa Interchange and the Kunia Interchange, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, April 20 through Thursday, April 23 for various maintenance activities to address complaints.
2) KAPOLEI (NIGHT WORK)
Two lanes closed on the westbound H-1 Freeway, between the Makakilo interchange and Kualakai Parkway, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. on the evening of Sunday, April 19 through Thursday, April 23 for survey and layout work, pre-inspection of work area, and saw cutting of the roadway. This closure may be of the left, or right lanes, one side to be closed at a time. The left lane of the Makakilo off-ramp (Exit 2) will also be closed during this work. 3) WAIPAHU TO AIEA (NIGHT WORK)
Three to four lanes closed on the right-hand side of the eastbound H-1 Freeway, between the Military Access Road underpass and the Waimalu off-ramp (Exit 10), from 7 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. on the evening of Monday, April 20 for the Pearl City & Waimalu Viaduct Repairs. Note: The closure will start with three lanes closed from 7 p.m. and increase to four lanes from 8 p.m. through the duration of the closure.
4) WAIPAHU TO AIEA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Three to four lanes closed on the right-hand side of the westbound H-1 Freeway, between the Waiawa Road overpass and the Kaamilo Street overpass from 9:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. for the Pearl City & Waimalu Viaduct Repairs. Closure hours vary by day of the week and are:
- 7 p.m. Friday, April 17, through 8 a.m. Saturday, April 18
- 7 p.m. Saturday, April 18 through 9 a.m. Sunday, April 19
Note: The closure will start with three lanes closed from 7 p.m. and increase to four lanes from 8 p.m. through the duration of the closure.
5) PEARL CITY TO AIEA (NIGHT WORK)
Three to four lanes closed on the right-hand side of the westbound H-1 Freeway, between the Waiawa Road overpass and the Kaamilo Street overpass, from 7 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. on the evening of Tuesday, April 21 through Thursday, April 23 for work on the Pearl City & Waimalu Viaduct Repairs. Note: The closure will start with three lanes closed from 7 p.m. and increase to four lanes from 8 p.m. through the duration of the closure.
6) PEARL CITY
Shoulder closure on the right-hand side of the Waipahu off-ramp (Exit 8B) from the westbound H-1 Freeway, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, April 20, through Friday, April 24, for slope improvements.
7) AIEA TO STADIUM (WEEKEND WORK)
Two lanes closed on the right-hand side of the eastbound H-1 Freeway, between the Aiea off-ramp (Exit 13B) and the Nimitz Highway/Airport off-ramp (Exit 15) from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19 for work on the H-1 Salt Lake Rehabilitation project.
8) STADIUM
Single lane closure on the left-hand side of the eastbound H-1 Freeway, between the Moanalua Freeway on-ramp and the Kahuapaani Street underpass, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Monday, April 20 for lighting repairs.
9) STADIUM TO AIRPORT VIADUCT (WEEKEND WORK)
Two to three lanes closed on the left-hand side of the westbound H-1 Freeway, between the Aiea/Stadium off-ramp (Exit 13B) and the Airport off-ramp (Exit 16) from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19 for striping work as part of the H-1 Salt Lake Rehabilitation project.
10) AIRPORT VIADUCT TO KAHALA
Roving single lane closure on the right-hand side of the H-1 Freeway, possible in either direction, between Puuloa Road and Ainakoa Avenue, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, April 20 through Thursday, April 23 to address pothole, litter, and sign requests.
11) HONOLULU (24-HOUR CLOSURE)
Right shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway, in the eastbound direction, between the Ola Lane overpass and Richard Lane, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week as part of the H-1 Freeway Widening. For more information, visit the project website: https://h1awidening.com/.
12) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Single lane closure on the right-hand side along the Punchbowl Street off-ramp from the eastbound H-1 Freeway between the Queen Emma Street overpass and the Punchbowl off-ramp (Exit 21B) from 3 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. the following day on the evening of Saturday, April 18, for lighting repairs.
13) HONOLULU (NIGHT WORK)
Single lane closure on the left-hand side of the eastbound H-1 Freeway, between the Pali Highway on-ramp and the Ward Avenue overpass, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. on Monday, April 20 through Thursday, April 23 for culvert inspections.

1) WAIPAHU (24-HOUR CLOSURE)
Right shoulder closure on the Honolulu-bound H-2 Freeway, between the Ka Uka Boulevard on-ramp and the Waipio Self Storage, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week for construction of access road.
— PALI HIGHWAY/ KALANIANAOLE HIGHWAY/ KAILUA ROAD (ROUTE 61) —
1) NUUANU TO KAILUA
Roving single lane closure on the right-hand side of Kailua-bound Pali Highway (Route 61) possible in either direction, between Waokanaka Street and the Nuuanu Pali State Park entrance, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, April 20 through Friday, April 24 for grass trimming and litter removal.
2) NUUANU TO KAILUA
Single lane closure on Pali Highway (Route 61) possible in either direction, between Waokanaka Street and the Pali Tunnels, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Monday, April 20 through Friday, April 24 for pavement markings work. Note: Closure may be of the left or right lanes; one side/direction to be closed at a time.
3) KAILUA
Single lane closure on the left-hand side Kalanianaole Highway/Kailua Road (Route 61), possible in either direction, between Ulumanu Drive and Uluhala Street, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, April 20 through Friday, April 24 for traffic signals project. Potential closures of a single lane in both directions (for a total of two lanes) may be necessary.

1) KALIHI (DAY + NIGHT WORK)
Single lane closure on the right-hand side of southbound Kalihi Street (Route 63) between Colburn Street and Eluwene Street, Monday, April 20, through Friday, April 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., for HART utility work. One lane to remain open at all times.

Single lane closure on the right-hand side of eastbound Kaneohe Bay Drive (Route 65) between Aumoku Street and Nohonani Place, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, April 20 through Friday, April 24 for erosion control work.
2) KAILUA (WEEKEND WORK)
Two lanes closed on eastbound Mokapu Boulevard, between the H-3 Freeway and North Kalaheo Avenue, from 6:15 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 19 for the Lanikai Triathlon. Note: Closure will be of the left and right lanes on Mokapu Boulevard for the race.

4) PEARL HARBOR/HICKAM (NIGHT WORK)
Single lane closure on the left-hand side of eastbound Nimitz Highway (Route 92) along the median at the intersection of Center Drive and South Avenue, from 6 p.m. to 4 a.m. on Monday, April 20 through Friday, April 24 for structure work of destination signs.
5) HONOLULU (24/7 CLOSURE)
Closures on Nimitz Highway (Route 92) between Awa Street and Richards Street on Sunday, April 19, through Friday, April 24, over a 24-hour period, for HART work includes:
- 24-HOUR CLOSURE: Awa Street closed 24/7 from Nimitz Highway, in either direction through November 2026.
- 24-HOUR CLOSURE: Inside lanes in either direction on Nimitz Highway for installation of K-Rails, through 2030.
- WEEKEND WORK: Nimitz Highway westbound between Richards Street and Bishop Street will have a single right lane closed from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19, for manhole restoration.
- Nimitz Highway westbound between Richards Street and Bishop Street will have a single right lane closed from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., on Monday, April 20 through Friday, April 24 for manhole restoration.
- Nimitz Highway eastbound and westbound between Awa Street and Richards Street will have a single lane closed from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday, April 20 through Friday, April 24, in addition to the 24-hour lane closures.
- 24-HOUR CLOSURE: Crosswalk closure and detour at Nuuanu Avenue and Nimitz Highway. Left turn restrictions between Bethel Street and Nuuanu Avenue to accommodate equipment mobilization.
- 24-HOUR CLOSURE: Nuuanu Avenue crosswalk from Nimitz Highway closed and detoured beginning Friday, Feb. 6, through March 2026.
- NIGHT WORK: Up to two lanes closed on east and westbound Nimitz Highway between Awa Street and Richards Street from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Monday, April 20 through Friday, April 24 to support drilling work.

5) PEARL HARBOR
Single lane closure on Kamehameha Highway (Route 99) possible in either direction between Kohomua Street and Center Drive, on Monday, April 20, through Friday, April 24 for HART civil work. Closure times vary by direction and are scheduled as follows:
- Eastbound closures: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Westbound closures: 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

6) KALIHI (24/7 CLOSURE)
The following closures are 24-hours a day, seven days a week, for The Rail.
- H-1 eastbound off-ramp to Dillingham Blvd. reduced to one lane.
- Middle Street southbound left turn reduced to single turn lane.
- Dillingham Boulevard eastbound between Middle Street and Marukai will have a single lane closed.
- Dillingham Boulevard westbound between GasPro and Middle Street will have a single lane closed.

Full closures of Farrington Highway (Route 930) in either direction, between Thompson Corner and Otake Store, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. on the evening of Friday, April 17 and Saturday, April 18 for storm recovery work.
2) WAIALUA
Alternating single lane closure on Farrington Highway (Route 930) in either direction, between Thompson Corner and Otake Store, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, April 20 for repaving work. Traffic in both directions will be contraflowed through the open lane. 3) MOKULEIA
Single lane closure on the right-hand side of Farrington Highway (Route 930) possible in either direction, between Hoomana Place and Terminal Access Road, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, April 20 through Thursday, April 23 for Bomford and tree trimming work fronting Kawaihapai (Dillingham) Airfield. One direction to be closed at a time.

Single lane closure and contraflow on northbound Old Farrington Highway, fronting the Wet ‘N’ Wild Hawaii parking lot entrance, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21 for utility pole replacements. The traffic signal at the Kalaeloa Boulevard/Farrington Highway intersection will be out during these repairs. Special duty officers will be on-site to assist.
