— H-1 FREEWAY —
1) KAPOLEI TO KUNIA
Roving shoulder closure on the right-hand side of the H-1 Freeway, possible in either direction, between the Kalaeloa Interchange and the Kunia Interchange, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, June 1 through Thursday, June 4 for various maintenance activities to address complaints.
2) KAPOLEI TO WAIPAHU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Two lanes closed on the westbound H-1 Freeway, between the Makakilo interchange and the Waipahu/Ewa Beach Interchange, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. on the evening of Sunday, May 31 through Thursday, June 4 for demolition and installation of new precast panels. This closure may be of the left, or right lanes, one side to be closed at a time. The left lane of the Makakilo off-ramp (Exit 2) will also be closed during this work.
3) WAIPAHU TO AIEA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Alternating three lanes building to four closed on the westbound H-1 Freeway, between the Manager’s Drive overpass and the Kaamilo Street overpass, for the Pearl City & Waimalu Viaduct Repairs. Work hours vary by day of the week and are scheduled as follows:
- 7 p.m. Friday, May 29 to 8 a.m. Saturday, May 30
- 7 p.m. Saturday, May 30 to 9 a.m. Sunday, May 31
Note: The closure will start with three lanes closed from 7 p.m. and increase to four lanes from 8 p.m. through the duration of the closure. One side to be closed at a time.
4) WAIPAHU TO AIEA (NIGHT WORK)
Alternating three building to four lanes closed on the westbound H-1 Freeway, between the Managers Drive overpass and the Waimalu off-ramp (Exit 10), from 7 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. on the evening of Monday, June 1 through Thursday, June 4 for work on the Pearl City & Waimalu Viaduct Repairs.
Note: The closure will start with three lanes closed from 7 p.m. and increase to four lanes from 8 p.m. through the duration of the closure. One side to be closed at a time.
5) WAIPAHU TO AIEA (NIGHT WORK)
Alternating three building to four lanes closed on the eastbound H-1 Freeway, between the H-1/H-2 Merge and the Kaamilo Street overpass, from 7 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. on the evening of Monday, June 1 through Thursday, June 4 for refreshing of temporary striping for the Pearl City & Waimalu Viaduct Repairs. Note: The closure will start with three lanes closed from 7 p.m. and increase to four lanes from 8 p.m. through the duration of the closure. Closure may be of the left or right lanes; one side to be closed at a time. The eastbound H-1 Freeway on-ramp from Moanalua Road/Waimalu will be closed during this work.
6) PEARL CITY
Shoulder closure on the right-hand side of the Waipahu off-ramp (Exit 8B) from the westbound H-1 Freeway, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, June 1, through Friday, June 5, for slope improvements.
7) AIEA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Shoulder closure on the left-hand side of the westbound H-1 Freeway, along the Waimalu on-ramp, from 8:30 p.m. to 4 a.m. on the evening of Friday, May 29 for guardrail repairs.
8) SALT LAKE TO STADIUM (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Closure of three lanes building to four on the right-hand side of the eastbound H-1 Freeway, between the Aiea/Honolulu off-ramp (Exit 13A) and the Nimitz Highway/Airport off-ramp (Exit 15), continuously closed from 7 a.m. on Saturday, May 30 through 12 p.m. on Sunday, May 31 for paving work as part of the H-1 Salt Lake Rehabilitation project.
Note: To accommodate the closure of the fourth lane, the work area will extend west to the Kaonohi Street overpass. The fourth lane will be closed from 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 30 to 7 a.m. on Sunday, May 31.
9) STADIUM TO AIRPORT VIADUCT (WEEKEND WORK)
Three lanes closed on the left-hand side of the westbound H-1 Freeway, between the Kaneohe/Halawa off-ramp (Exit 13B) and the Airport off-ramp (Exit 16), from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 31 for striping work as part of the H-1 Salt Lake Rehabilitation project.
10) AIRPORT VIADUCT TO KAHALA
Roving single lane closure on the right-hand side of the H-1 Freeway, possible in either direction, between Puuloa Road and Ainakoa Avenue, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, June 1 through Thursday, June 4 to address pothole, litter, and sign requests.
11) HONOLULU (24/7 CLOSURE)

4) KAHALUU TO KANEOHE
Roving shoulder closure on Kalanianaole Highway (Route 61) possible in either direction, between Castle Junction and Castle Medical Center, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Monday, June 1 through Friday, June 5 for graffiti removal, sign maintenance, grass and tree trimming, and litter removal. Closure may be of the left or right shoulder. One side to be closed at a time.
5) KAILUA
Single lane closure on the left-hand side Kalanianaole Highway/Kailua Road (Route 61), possible in either direction, between Ulumanu Drive and Uluhala Street, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, June 1 through Friday, June 5 for traffic signals project. 5) KALIHI
Alternating single lane closure on Kaneohe-bound Likelike Highway (Route 63), just after the Burmeister overpass, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Monday, June 1 through Friday, June 5 for storm drain cleaning and CCTV Inspections. Closure may be of the right or left lane; one lane to be closed at a time.
6) KALIHI
Alternating single lane closure on Kaneohe-bound Likelike Highway (Route 63), approximately 0.87 miles before the Wilson Tunnels, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Monday, June 1 through Friday, June 5 for storm drain cleaning and CCTV Inspections. Closure may be of the right or left lane; one lane to be closed at a time.
7) KANEOHE (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Single lane closure on the right-hand side of Honolulu-bound Likelike Highway (Route 63), between the Kaneohe-end of the Wilson Tunnels and the H-3 Freeway overpass, from 3 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on the morning of Saturday, May 30 for tree trimming and scraping work (i.e. removal of moss.)

Single lane closure on Kahuku-bound Kamehameha Highway (Route 83) between Iliohu Place and Waimea Valley Road, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week to install a permanent rockfall protection system. Traffic in both directions will be maintained by alternating vehicles (contraflow) in the remaining lane with flaggers. - 24/7 CLOSURE: Awa Street closed 24/7 from Nimitz Highway (Route 92), in either direction through November 2026.
- 24/7 CLOSURE: Inside lanes in either direction on Nimitz Highway (Route 92) for installation of K-Rails, through 2030.
- Single lane closure on Nimitz Highway (Route 92) one in either direction, between Awa Street and Richards Street from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Monday, June 1 through Friday, June 5, for support of drilling, traffic signal work, and civil restoration, in addition to the 24-hour lane closures. Eastbound lane will close at 8:30 a.m.
- Left turn restrictions and lane shift from southbound Bishop Street toward Nimitz Highway (Route 92), from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, June 1 through Friday, June 5 to accommodate traffic loop installations.
- Bishop Street full sidewalk closure east side (Diamond Head) of Bishop Street between Aloha Tower Drive and Nimitz Highway to support wall demolition. Closure lifted at 10 p.m. nightly.

Two lanes closed, one in each direction, on Farrington Highway (Route 93) between Pilioikahi Avenue and the HECO Kahe Powerplant, from 9:30 p.m. to 4 a.m. on Friday, May 29 for pavement marking work.

Single lane closure on the left-hand side of eastbound Farrington Highway (Route 93) between Aliinui Drive and Koio Drive, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. on the evening of Sunday, May 31 through Wednesday, June 3 for digging of electrical trench in the median.

2) MILILANI
Single lane closure on the right-hand side of Wahiawa-bound Kamehameha Highway (Route 99) between Kipapa Street to just after the Fast Stop gas station, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, June 1 through Friday, June 5 for emergency landslide and bike path repairs.
3) PEARL HARBOR
Single lane closure on Kamehameha Highway (Route 99) possible in either direction between Kohomua Street and Center Drive, on Monday, June 1, through Friday, June 5 for HART civil work. Closure times vary by direction and are scheduled as follows:
- Eastbound closures: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Westbound closures: 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
