PLEASE NOTE:

A Holiday Lane Closure Restriction runs from Tuesday, Dec. 23, through Sunday, Jan. 4. Only closures with demonstrated need (e.g., necessary for safety or to avoid lengthy construction delays) have been approved and are on this list.

— HONOAPIILANI HIGHWAY (ROUTE 30) —

 

1) OLOWALU (24/7 CLOSURE)

Shoulder closure on Honoapiilani Highway (Route 30) in both directions, between mile marker 13.7 and 14.5 in Olowalu for emergency erosion mitigation work. Traffic will be maintained in both directions with a lane shift.

 

2) LAHAINA (24/7 CLOSURE)

Left lane closure on Honoapiilani Highway (Route 30) in the northbound direction between Prison Street and Dickenson Street, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, until further notice in preparation for upcoming drain line replacement work. One lane in the northbound direction will be open for through traffic.

 

— KAAHUMANU AVENUE (ROUTE 32) —

 

1) WAILUKU 

Single lane closure on Kaahumanu Avenue (Route 32), in either direction, between mile marker 0.5 and 1, between Main Street and Maui Lani Parkway, from Tuesday, Dec. 30 to Wednesday, Dec. 31, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for landscape maintenance. One lane will remain open for through traffic.

 

— KULA HIGHWAY (ROUTE 37) —

 

1) KULA  

Single lane closure on Kula Highway (Route 37), in the northbound direction, at the intersection with Omaopio Road, from Monday, Dec. 29 to Wednesday, Dec. 31, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for intersection improvements. — HALEAKALA HIGHWAY/KEKAULIKE AVENUE (ROUTE 377) —

 

1) KULA

Shoulder closure on Haleakala Highway/Kekaulike Avenue (Route 377), in either direction, between mile marker 0 and 9.1, between Old Haleakala Highway and Kula Highway, from Monday, Dec. 29 to Wednesday, Dec. 31, from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for guardrail landscaping.

 

— PUUNENE AVENUE (ROUTE 3500) —

 

1) KAHULUI (24/7 CLOSURE)

Right merge lane closed on Puunene Avenue (Route 3500) in the southbound direction at Wakea Avenue, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, for the Puunene Avenue Improvements project.
