— H-1 FREEWAY —

1) HONOLULU (WEEKEND WORK)

Lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Likelike Highway Off-Ramp (Exit 20A) and the Fort Shafter/Aiea Off-Ramp (Exit 19B) on Saturday, June 25, from 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for utility installations.

 

2) HONOLULU (WEEKEND WORK)

Roving closure on the Airport Off-Ramp/On-Ramps on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction on Saturday, June 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

 

3) PEARL CITY (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Three right lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Pearl City/Waimalu Off-Ramp (Exit 10) and the H-1/H-2 Split on Sunday night, June 26, through Friday morning, July 1, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., nightly, for The Rail project.

4) PEARL CITY (WEEKEND WORK)

Shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Pearlridge/Waimalu Off-Ramp (Exit 10) and the Kaahumanu Street Overpass on Saturday, June 25, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., for utility replacements.

Closure of the Pearlridge/Waimalu Off-Ramp (Exit 10) from the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction on Sunday night, June 26, through Friday morning, July 1, from 9 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., nightly, for The Rail project.

6) PEARL CITY (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Right lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the Kaahumanu Street Overpass and the Waiawa Road Overpass on Sunday night, June 26, through Friday morning, July 1, for The Rail project.

  • Two lanes closed in the eastbound direction from 9 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.
  • Three lanes closed in the westbound direction from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m.
  • Four lanes closed in the westbound direction from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m.

Roving closure on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Kunia Interchange and Keehi Interchange from 9:30 p.m. on Friday night, June 24, through 3:30 a.m. on Saturday morning, June 25, for maintenance work.

Left lane closure on the H-2 Freeway in the southbound direction between the Meheula Parkway Overpass and the Waiawa Interchange from 9:30 p.m. on Friday night, June 24, through 3:30 a.m. on Saturday morning, June 25, for maintenance work.

 

— H-201 MOANALUA FREEWAY —

1) HALAWA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Partial closure of the H-201 Moanalua Freeway Off-Ramp to Kamehameha Highway in the westbound direction on Friday, June 24, through Friday, July 1, over a 24-hour period, for the rail project.

1) HALAWA TO KANEOHE (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Closures of the H-3 Freeway in the Kaneohe-bound direction between the Halawa Interchange and the Likelike Highway Underpass on Saturday night, June 25, through Sunday morning, June 26, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. for routine maintenance work.

 

— FARRINGTON HIGHWAY —

1) HONOKAI HALE TO NANAKULI (WEEKEND WORK)

Shoulder closure on Farrington Highway in the westbound direction between the Aliinui Drive Overpass and Piliokahi Avenue on Saturday, June 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for tree timming.

 

2) PEARL CITY (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Closure of the eastbound Farrington Highway off-ramp to the northbound H-2 Freeway on Sunday night, June 26, through Friday morning, July 1, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., nightly, for the rail project.

— KALANIANAOLE HIGHWAY —

1) AINA HAINA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Right lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway in the eastbound direction between Ainakoa Avenue and West Hind Drive from 9:30 p.m. on Friday night, June 24, through 3:30 a.m. on Saturday morning, June 25, for maintenance work.

 

2) KAILUA (WEEKEND WORK)

Right lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway in both directions between Kailua Road and Ulupii Street on Saturday, June 25, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., for maintenance work.

 

— KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY —

1) AIEA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Lane closures on Kamehameha Highway in the westbound direction between Kalaloa Street and Salt Lake Boulevard on Sunday night, June 26, through Friday morning, July 1, over a 24 hour period, for the rail project.

Lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Waiahole Valley Road and Kahekili Highway on Saturday, June 25, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

 

3) MILILANI (WEEKEND WORK)

Shoulder closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Kipapa Street and Leilehua Road on Saturday, June 25, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., for maintenance work.

 

4) PUPUKEA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

24/7 lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in the northbound direction between Ke Nui Road and Paumalu Place from Friday, June 24, through Friday, July 1, for bridge repair work. Traffic will be contraflowed through the open lane.

 

— MOANALUA ROAD —

1) PEARL CITY (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Closure of the Waianae/Wahiawa On-Ramp to the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction on Sunday night, June 26, through Friday morning, July 1, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., nightly, for The Rail project.

— LILIHA STREET —

1) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Two lanes closed on Liliha Street in the southbound direction between School Street and North King Street from 9 a.m., on Friday, June 24, through 6 p.m. on Sunday, June 26, for roadway reconstruction. Traffic will be contraflowed to provide one travel lane in either direction. Left turns will be restricted at all intersections. Special duty police officers will assist with traffic flow.

 

— MIDDLE STREET —

1) KALIHI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Lane closures on Middle Street in both directions between North King Street and Kamehameha Highway on Friday night, June 24, through Saturday morning, June 25, and Monday night, June 27, through Saturday morning, July 2, from 7 p.m. to 4 a.m., nightly, for the Middle Street Pavement Reconstruction project. Traffic will be contraflowed, and some turns may be restricted.

There may be a 24/7 lane closure in the northbound direction within the construction zone. Signage will be posted instructing pedestrians to use the east sidewalk.

 

 

KAUAI

— KAUMUALII HIGHWAY —

1) KALAHEO (WEEKEND WORK)

Lane closure on Kaumualii Highway in the eastbound direction between Hokua Road and Lauoho Road on Sunday, June 26, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. for tree trimming. Traffic will be contraflowed. Motorists are advised to expect delays.

 

2) KOLOA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Lane closure on Kaumualii Highway (Route 50) in both directions between Maluhia Road and Cane Road on Sunday night, June 26, through Friday morning, July 1, from 10 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., nightly, for resurfacing work. Motorists are advised to expect delays.

 

3) LAWAI (WEEKEND WORK)

Lane closure on Kaumualii Highway (Route 50) in the westbound direction between Upa Road and Piko Road on Sunday, June 26, from 7 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. for tree trimming. Traffic will be contraflowed through the open lane. Motorists are advised to expect delays.

 

4) PUHI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Single lane closure on Kaumualii Highway (Route 50) in both directions between Kipu Road and Kahili Road on Sunday night, June 26, through Friday morning, June 1, from 10 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., nightly, for resurfacing and striping work.

 

— KUHIO HIGHWAY —

1) KILAUEA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Lane closure on Kuhio Highway in the southbound direction between Kapuna Road and South Koolau Road on Sunday night, June 26, through Friday morning, July 1, from 8:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., nightly, for resurfacing work.

 

— NAWILIWILI ROAD —

1) LIHUE (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Lane closures on Nawiliwili Road in the eastbound direction between Kaumualii Highway and Kanani Street on Friday, June 24, through Friday, July 1, twenty-four hours a day, for highway reconstruction work. Traffic will be contraflowed. Motorists are advised to expect delays.

 

MAUI

— OLD HALEAKALA HIGHWAY —

1) KAHULUI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

24-hour lane shifts on Old Haleakala Highway in both directions between Aalele Street and Kala Road on Friday, June 24, through Friday, July 1, for roadway construction. Motorists are advised to follow all traffic control signs and drive with caution through the work zone. Flaggers will be stationed at the site to direct motorists through the area.

 

— HANA HIGHWAY —

1) HAIKU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Left lane closure on Hana Highway in the eastbound direction between the Garden of Eden Arboretum and Keanae Road on Friday, June 24, through Friday, July 1, over a 24-hour period, for roadway improvements.

 

— KUIHELANI HIGHWAY —

1) KAHULUI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Left lane closure on Kuihelani Highway in the northbound direction between Honoapiilani Highway and Puunene Avenue in the vicinity of Maui Lani Parkway on Friday, June 24, through Friday, July 1, over a 24-hour period, for paving work.

 

BIG ISLAND

— HAWAII BELT ROAD (ROUTE 19) —

1) HAKALAU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Alternating lane closures on Umauma Bridge in the vicinity of Hakalau (Route 19, Milepost 16) in both directions over a twenty-four hour period, seven days a week for bridge rehabilitation. Travel speed on Umauma Bridge is reduced to 20-mph, and vehicles that exceed statutory size-weight limits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis upon application of their respective oversize-overweight vehicle permits. Maximum width for any vehicle with permit passing over the bridge is 12 feet.

 

LANAI
No weekend lane closures are currently scheduled on Lanai.

MOLOKAI
No weekend lane closures are currently scheduled on Molokai.
