OAHU

— H-1 FREEWAY —

1) KALAELOA TO MAKAKILO (WEEKEND WORK)

Right lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Kalaeloa Boulevard Overpass and the Makakilo Drive Overpass on Saturday, July 4, from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for electrical work.

 

2) PEARL CITY (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Up to three lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the Kamehameha Highway Overpass and the Waiawa Road Overpass on Sunday night, July 5, through Friday morning, July 10, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., nightly, for the rail project.

The number of lanes closed will vary depending on the location of the roadwork.

— H-2 FREEWAY —

1) MILILANI TO WAHIAWA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK) One to two lanes closed on the H-2 Freeway in the northbound direction between the Ka Uka Boulevard Overpass and the Mililani Mauka Off-Ramp (Exit 5A) on Sunday night, July 5, through Friday morning, July 10, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., for bridge joint repair.

 

— FARRINGTON HIGHWAY —

1) PEARL CITY (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Two lanes closed on Farrington Highway in the eastbound direction between the Kamehameha Highway Overpass and Waiawa Road on Sunday night, July 5, through Friday morning, July 10, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., nightly, for the rail project.

2) PEARL CITY (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Full closure of the Farrington Highway eastbound on-ramp to the H-2 Freeway in the northbound direction on Sunday night, July 5, through Friday morning, July 10, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., nightly, for the rail project.

3) PEARL CITY TO WAIPAHU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Single lane closure on Farrington Highway in the westbound direction between Waiawa Road and Kahualii Street, on Sunday night, July 5, through Friday morning, July 10, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., nightly, for the rail project.

— KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY —

1) PEARL CITY TO AIEA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Honolulu Rail Transit will be working on Kamehameha Highway this week at various locations.

  • 24/7 lane closures in both directions between Waiawa Road and Acacia Road.
  • 24/7 lane closures in both directions between Acacia Road and Waimano Home Road.
  • 24/7 lane closures in both directions between Lipoa Place and Pali Momi Street.
  • Lane closures in the westbound direction between Pali Momi Street and Honomanu Street, Monday through Friday.
  • Lane closures in both directions between Puu Poni Street and Kaonohi Street, Monday through Friday.
  • Lane closures in both directions between Salt Lake Boulevard and Honomanu Street, Monday through Friday.

KAUAI

— KAUMUALII HIGHWAY —

1) PUHI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Single lane closure on Kaumualii Highway (Route 50) in the eastbound direction between Koloa Road and Maluhia Road on Sunday night, July 5, through Thursday morning, July 9, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., nightly, for road repaving. Traffic will be contraflowed through the remaining open lane.  Motorists are advised to expect delays.


BIG ISLAND

— HAWAII BELT ROAD (ROUTE 19) —

1) VICINITY OF UMAUMA BRIDGE (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Alternating lane closures on Umauma Bridge in the vicinity of Hakalau (Route 19, Milepost 16) in both directions over a twenty-four hour period, seven days a week for bridge rehabilitation.  Travel speed on Umauma Bridge is reduced to 20-mph, and vehicles that exceed statutory size-weight limits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis upon application of their respective oversize-overweight vehicle permits. Maximum width for any vehicle with permit passing over the bridge is 12 feet.

MAUI

No weekend lane closures are currently scheduled on Maui.

LANAI
No weekend lane closures are currently scheduled on Lanai.

MOLOKAI
No weekend lane closures are currently scheduled on Molokai.
