OAHU

— H-1 FREEWAY —

1) HONOLULU (WEEKEND WORK)

Shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the Middle Street Overpass and the Kapiolani Boulevard Underpass on Saturday, Dec. 10, from 2 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., for maintenance work.

 

2) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the Pali Highway Overpass and the Kapiolani Interchange on Sunday night, Dec. 11, through Friday morning, Dec. 16, from 9 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., nightly, for pavement marking installations.

 

3) HONOLULU (WEEKEND WORK)

Right lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Keehi Interchange and the Pearl Harbor Interchange on Saturday, Dec. 10, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

 

4) KAHALA (WEEKEND WORK)

Lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the Waialae Avenue On-Ramp and Ainakoa Avenue on Sunday, Dec. 11, for the Honolulu Marathon. Traffic will be detoured from 3:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

 

5) KAPOLEI (WEEKEND WORK)

Right lane closure on the Campbell Industrial Park/Barbers Point Harbor Off-Ramp (Exit 1) from the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction on Saturday, Dec. 10, from 6 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., for maintenance work.

 

 — H-201 MOANALUA FREEWAY —

1) HALAWA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Closure of the Kamehameha Highway On-Ramp to the H-201 Moanalua Freeway in the eastbound direction on Sunday night, Dec. 11, through Friday morning, Dec. 16, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., nightly, for The Rail project.

2) HONOLULU (WEEKEND WORK)

Shoulder closure on the H-201 Moanalua Freeway in both directions between the Puuloa Road Overpass and the Middle Street Overpass on Saturday, Dec. 10, from 2 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., for maintenance work.

 

 — KALANIANAOLE HIGHWAY —

1) AINA HAINA TO HAWAII KAI (WEEKEND WORK)

Lane closures on Kalanianaole Highway in the eastbound direction between Ainakoa Avenue and Keahole Street on Sunday, Dec. 11, for the Honolulu Marathon. The westbound lanes will be contraflowed for two-way traffic. Restricted access begins at 2:30 a.m. The road will reopen as the last participant clears the area.

 

 — KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY —

1) HALAWA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Right lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in the westbound direction between Kalaloa Street and Salt Lake Boulevard, on Friday night, Dec. 9, through Saturday morning, Dec. 10, and Monday night, Dec. 12, through Friday morning, Dec. 16, from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m., for The Rail project.

Left turn lane closed on Kamehameha Highway in the eastbound direction at the Salt Lake Boulevard Intersection, on Friday night, Dec. 9, through Saturday morning, Dec. 10, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., for The Rail project.

Closure of Likelike Highway in the Kaneohe-bound direction between Nalanieha Street and Kahekili Highway on Sunday night, Dec. 11, through Friday morning, Dec. 16, from 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., nightly, for tunnel lighting replacements.

Roving lane closure on Likelike Highway in both directions between Anoi Road and Kamehameha Highway on Friday night, Dec. 9, through Saturday morning, Dec. 10, from 9:30 p.m. to 3 a.m., for maintenance work.

— KAUMUALII HIGHWAY —

1) KALAHEO (WEEKEND WORK)

Lane closure on Kaumualii Highway in the eastbound direction between Hokua Road and Lauoho Road on Sunday, Dec. 11, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. for tree trimming. Traffic will be contraflowed. Motorists are advised to expect delays.

 

2) LAWAI (WEEKEND WORK)

Lane closure on Kaumualii Highway (Route 50) in the westbound direction between Upa Road and Piko Road on Sunday, Dec. 11, from 7 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. for tree trimming. Traffic will be contraflowed through the open lane. Motorists are advised to expect delays.

 

3) OMAO (WEEKEND WORK)

Lane closure on Kaumualii Highway (Route 50) in the Lihue-bound direction between Punee Road and Kahili Road on Sunday, Dec. 11, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., for tree trimming.

 

— KUHIO HIGHWAY —

1) WAILUA (WEEKEND WORK)

Lane closures on Kuhio Highway (Route 56) in the southbound direction between Kuamoo Road and Leho Drive on Sunday, Dec. 11, from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., for utility repairs. Traffic will be contraflowed in the northbound lane.

 

MAUI

— HANA HIGHWAY —

1) HAIKU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

24/7 lane closure on Hana Highway in the eastbound direction between Mile Marker 13 and Mile Marker 16, on Friday, Dec. 9, through Friday, Dec. 16, for roadway improvements. Traffic will be contraflowed through the open lane.

 

BIG ISLAND

— HAWAII BELT ROAD (ROUTE 19) —

1) HAKALAU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Alternating lane closures on Umauma Bridge in the vicinity of Hakalau (Route 19, Milepost 16) in both directions over a twenty-four hour period, seven days a week for bridge rehabilitation. Travel speed on Umauma Bridge is reduced to 20-mph, and vehicles that exceed statutory size-weight limits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis upon application of their respective oversize-overweight vehicle permits. Maximum width for any vehicle with permit passing over the bridge is 12 feet.

MOLOKAI
