OAHU

— H-1 FREEWAY —

1) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Up to three lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the Middle Street Overpass and the Pali Highway Overpass on Sunday night, Feb. 26, through Friday morning, March 3, from 9 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., nightly, for pavement marking installations.

 

2) HONOLULU (WEEKEND WORK)

Two left lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction in the vicinity of the Nimitz Highway On-Ramp on Saturday, Feb. 25, from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for maintenance work.

 

3) KAPOLEI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Closure of the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Kalaeloa Boulevard Overpass and the Farrington Highway Overpass on Sunday night, Feb. 26, through Friday morning, March 3, from 9 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., nightly, to install a temporary platform for the Kapolei Interchange Complex, Phase 2 project.

The Kalaeloa Boulevard On-Ramp to the eastbound H-1 Freeway will also be closed. Motorists traveling on the H-1 Freeway will be directed to Kalaeloa Boulevard from the Campbell Industrial Park/Barbers Point Harbor Off-Ramp (Exit 1A) then may continue eastbound on Kapolei Parkway, Kamokila Boulevard or the Wakea Street On-Ramp.

 

 — H-2 FREEWAY —

1) MILILANI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Three lanes closed on the H-2 Freeway in the northbound direction between the Pineapple Road Overpass and Kipapa Bridge from 9 p.m. on Friday night, Feb. 24, continuously through Sunday, Feb. 26, at 5 p.m., for pavement replacement work. Two northbound lanes will be open at all times.

 

— FARRINGTON HIGHWAY —

1) PEARL CITY (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Two lanes closed on Farrington Highway in the westbound direction between Waiawa Road and the Kamehameha Highway Overpass on Sunday night, Jan. 26, through Friday morning, March 3, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., for The Rail project.

2) WAIALUA TO MOKULEIA (WEEKEND WORK)

Roving lane closure on Farrington Highway in both directions between Kaukonahua Road and Dillingham Air Field on Saturday, Feb. 25, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., for maintenance work.

 

 — KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY —

1) HALAWA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Right lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in the westbound direction between Kohomua Street and Salt Lake Boulevard, for The Rail project.

  • Friday night, Feb. 24, through Sunday morning, Feb. 26, and Monday night, Feb. 27, through Friday morning, March 3, from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Saturday, Feb. 25, and Monday, Feb. 27, through Friday, March 3, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Left lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in the westbound direction between Acacia Road and Waihona Street on Saturday, Feb. 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for The Rail project.

 — LIKELIKE HIGHWAY —

1) KALIHI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

24/7 lane closure on Likelike Highway in the Honolulu-bound direction between Emmeline Place and Kula Kolea Drive on Friday, Feb. 24, through Friday, March 3, for survey work and sidewalk and curb/gutter reconstruction.

 

2) KANEOHE TO KALIHI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Closure of Likelike Highway in the Honolulu-bound direction between Kahekili Highway and Nalanieha Street on Sunday night, Feb. 26, through Thursday morning, March 2, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., nightly, for tunnel lighting replacements.

 

 — NIMITZ HIGHWAY —

1) HONOLULU (WEEKEND WORK)

Right lane closure on Nimitz Highway in the westbound direction between Sand Island Access Road and Ahua Street on Saturday, Feb. 25, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., for electrical maintenance.

 

 — PALI HIGHWAY —

1) MAUNAWILI (WEEKEND WORK)

Right lane closure on the Pali Highway in the Honolulu-bound direction between Kamehameha Highway and the Pali Tunnel on Saturday, Feb. 25, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., for maintenance work.

 

 —SALT LAKE BOULEVARD —

1) HALAWA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Two lanes closed on Salt Lake Boulevard in the northbound direction between Kalaloa Street and Kamehameha Highway on Friday night, Feb. 24, through Sunday morning, Feb. 26, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., for The Rail project.

Roving closure on Wilikina Drive in the northbound direction between Lakeview Circle and Kunia Road on Saturday, Feb. 25, from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. for electrical maintenance work.

 

 — KUALAKAI PARKWAY —

1) KAPOLEI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Alternating lane closure on Kualakai Parkway in both directions between Kapolei Parkway and the H-1 Freeway Overpass on Friday night, Feb. 24, through Saturday morning, Feb. 25, from 9:30 p.m. to 3 a.m., for maintenance work.

 

— HALONA STREET —

1) KALIHI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

24/7 closure of Halona Street between Kokea Street and Kohou Street at the Halona Street Bridge on Friday, Feb. 24, through Friday, March 3, for bridge replacement work. The bridge will be closed to vehicular traffic and open to pedestrians and bicyclists. Traffic will be detoured around the closure.

 

KAUAI

— KAUMUALII HIGHWAY —

1) OMAO (WEEKEND WORK)

Lane closure on Kaumualii Highway (Route 50) in the eastbound direction between Maluhia Road and Kahili Road on Sunday, Feb. 26, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., for tree trimming.

 

MAUI
No weekend lane closures are currently scheduled on Maui.

 

BIG ISLAND

— HAWAII BELT ROAD (ROUTE 19) —

1) HAKALAU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Alternating lane closures on Umauma Bridge in the vicinity of Hakalau (Route 19, Mile Marker 16) in both directions over a twenty-four hour period, seven days a week for bridge rehabilitation. Travel speed on Umauma Bridge is reduced to 20-mph, and vehicles that exceed statutory size-weight limits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis upon application of their respective oversize-overweight vehicle permits. Maximum width for any vehicle with permit passing over the bridge is 12 feet.


LANAI
No weekend lane closures are currently scheduled on Lanai.

MOLOKAI
No weekend lane closures are currently scheduled on Molokai.
