HONOLULU – The Commercial Driver License (CDL) Office located at 99-501 Salt Lake Boulevard, near Aloha Stadium, is currently experiencing problems with its telephone service. Hawaiian Telcom is troubleshooting this problem that is affecting a small portion of its business customers. Callers to the CDL Office may get a busy signal until the problem is corrected.

The CDL Office remains open for business from 6:45 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays, excluding State Holidays. Due to the phone service outage, payments by credit cards and debit card cannot be accepted. Transactions can still be made by personal check and cash.

Submissions of DOT Medical Certificates by CDL drivers can still be made via e-mail at [email protected] or via fax at (808) 692-7665.
