Only closures with demonstrated need (e.g., necessary for safety or to avoid lengthy construction delays) have been approved and are on this list. Single lane closure on Kamehameha V Highway (Route 450), eastbound, between mile marker 18.5 and 18.9 in the vicinity of Waialua Stream, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, for preparation for road repairs.
