Schedule changes to the Portland Cement Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation project along the H-1 Freeway in Pearl City

HONOLULU – The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) advises Oahu motorists of changes to this week’s roadwork schedule for the Portland Cement Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation project on the H-1 Freeway between the H-1/H-2 merge and the Aiea Heights Drive overpass. The changes are outlined below.

  • The eastbound shoulder will be closed on Monday night, July 30, 2018 from 6:30 p.m. to 4 a.m.
  • Westbound closures have been added to Tuesday night, July 31, 2018. Two lanes will be closed at 8 p.m. Three lanes will be closed at 9 p.m. All lanes reopen by 3 a.m.

HDOT advises motorists to allow for extra travel time and to check traffic apps before heading to their destinations. Roadwork is weather permitting.
