— H-1 FREEWAY —

1) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Two center lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the Pali Highway and Keeaumoku Street Overpass on Sunday, September 21, to Friday, September 26, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., nightly, for overhead sign work.

2) WAIMALU TO WAIPAHU (NIGHT WORK)

Two to three right lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Pearl City/Waimalu Off-Ramp (Exit 10) and the Waipahu Off-Ramp (Exit 8B) on Thursday night, September 25, through Friday morning, September 26, from 7:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., for road widening and utility installations.

3) WAIMALU TO WAIPAHU

One right lane closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Pearl City/Waimalu Off-Ramp (Exit 10) and the H-1/H-2 Split on Monday, September 22, through Friday, September 26, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for road widening and utility installations.

4) WAIPAHU

Shoulder lane closed on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Waikele/Waipahu Off-Ramp (Exit 7) and the Farrington Highway Overpass on Monday, September 22, through Friday, September 29, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for utility installations.

5) SALT LAKE TO HONOLULU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Two right lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Airport Off-Ramp (Exit 16) and the Hickam Off-Ramp (Exit 15B) from 9 p.m., on Friday night, September 19, through midnight Monday morning, September 22. All ramps to and from the airport will remain open.

Airport Viaduct improvements include concrete deck replacements, expansion joint repairs, and pavement restriping. Work is located between the Pearl Harbor Interchange and the Keehi Interchange.

 

— H-2 FREEWAY —

1) WAIPIO (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Left lane closures on the H-2 Freeway in the Honolulu-bound direction between the Ka Uka Boulevard Off-Ramp (Exit 2) and the Waiawa Road Overpass on Saturday, September 20, from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. for roadside maintenance.

2) WAIPIO (NIGHT WORK)

Left lane closures on the H-2 Freeway in the Honolulu-bound direction between the Ka Uka Boulevard Off-Ramp (Exit 2) and the Waiawa Road Overpass on Monday, September 22, through Thursday, September 25, from 8:30 p.m. to 4 a.m. for the rail project.

 

— H-201 MOANALUA FREEWAY —

1) AIEA

Left lane closure on H-201 Moanalua Freeway in the westbound direction, between the H-201 Moanalua Freeway and Kamehameha Highway merge and Kaonohi Street on Monday, September 22, through Friday, September 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the rail project.

 

— FARRINGTON HIGHWAY —

1) MAKAHA

Lane closure in the southbound direction on Farrington Highway between Makau Street and Ulupena Street, on Monday, September 22, through Friday, September 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for utility repairs.

 

— KALANIANAOLE HIGHWAY —

1) HAWAII KAI

Lane closures on Kalanianaole Highway in the eastbound direction between Keahole Street and Lunalilo Home Road on Monday, September 22, through Friday, September 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for cold planning and resurfacing as part of the Kalanianaole Highway Resurfacing project.

Left turns will be allowed up to Keahole Street, Left turn pocket onto Lunalilo Home Road will be closed. Westbound traffic before Lunalilo Home Road will be rerouted to turn right onto Lunalilo Home Road as the through traffic lane will be used for the contraflow.

 

— KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY —

1) PEARL CITY

Left lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Puu Momi Street and Kuleana Road on Monday, September 22, through Friday, September 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for deck widening.

2) MILILANI

Partial closures on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Lanikuhana Avenue and Waihau Street on Monday, September 22, through Friday, September 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for utility installations.

Motorists are advised to expect traffic delays and use alternate roadways such as Kuahelani Avenue, Meheula Parkway, Lanikuhana Avenue, Ka Uka Boulevard, and the H-2 Freeway.

 

— NIMITZ HIGHWAY —

1) HONOLULU

Alternating lane closures on Nimitz Highway in the westbound direction between Sumner Street and Pacific Street on Friday, September 26 from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for utility maintenance.

2) HONOLULU (NIGHT WORK)

Two lane closures on Nimitz Highway in the westbound direction between Kekaulike Street and Awa Street on Tuesday, September 23, through Friday, September 26, from 8:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., for utility maintenance.

3) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Right lane closures on Nimitz Highway in the westbound direction between Aolele Street and Elliott Street from 9 p.m. Friday night, September 19, through 12 a.m., Monday, September 22, as a safety precaution due to deck repairs happening above.

4) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Lane closures on Nimitz Highway in the westbound direction between Punchbowl Street and Alakea Street from Sunday, September 21, through Tuesday, September 23, from 8:30 p.m. to 4 a.m., for soil testing.

5) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Left lane closure on Nimitz Highway in the eastbound direction between Waiakamilo Road and Maunakea Street on Sunday night, September 21, through Thursday morning, September 25, from 7:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. nightly for storm drain inspection.

6) HONOLULU

Right lane closure on Nimitz Highway in the eastbound direction between Lagoon Drive and Sand Island Access Road on Monday, September 22, through Friday, September 29, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for utility replacement.

 

— PALI HIGHWAY —

1) KANEOHE TO HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Full closure of the Pali Highway in the Honolulu-bound direction between Kamehameha Highway and Waokanaka Street from 7 p.m. Saturday, September 20th through 7 a.m., Sunday, September 21 for tunnel cleaning.

 

— ALA MOANA BOULEVARD —

1 HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Lane closure on Ala Moana Boulevard in the eastbound direction between Kalia Road and Kalakaua Avenue on Monday, September 22, through Friday, September 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for soil testing.

2) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Lane closure on Ala Moana Boulevard in the westbound direction between Atkinson Drive and Kekaulike Street on Monday, September 22, through Tuesday, September 23, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for utility installations.

3) HONOLULU

Right lane closed on Ala Moana Boulevard in the westbound direction between Cooke Street and Coral Street on Monday, September 22, through Friday, September 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for splicing of HTCO cables.

 

— VINEYARD BOULEVARD —

Left lane closure on Vineyard Boulevard in the westbound direction between Aala Street and Liliha Street on Monday, September 22, through Friday, September 29, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for median and curb reconstruction.

2) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Ramp closure of the Vineyard Boulevard Off-Ramp (Exit 20B) from the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between Kohou Street and Iao Lane on Sunday, September 21, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., for road restriping.

 

— KANEOHE BAY DRIVE —

1) KANEOHE

Single lane closure on Kaneohe Bay Drive in both directions between Kamehameha Highway and Nanamoana Street on Monday, September 22, through Friday, September 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the Kaneohe Bay Drive Rehabilitation Project.

2) KANEOHE

Single lane closure on Kaneohe Bay Drive in the Kailua-bound direction between Kamehameha Highway and Mokulele Drive on Monday, September 22, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for tree trimming.

 

— LILIHA STREET —

1) KALIHI

Right lane closed on Liliha Street in the northbound, direction between North Vineyard Street and School Street on Monday, September 22, through Friday, September 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for water main installations.

 

— FORT BARRETTE ROAD —

1) KAPOLEI (WEEKEND WORK)

Lane closures on Fort Barrett Road in the southbound direction between Farrington Highway and Kamaaha Avenue on Saturday, September 20 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. for roadway work.

 

— SAND ISLAND ACCESS ROAD —

1) PEARL HARBOR

Lane closures on Sand Island Access Road in both directions between Hoonee Place and Mohonua Place on Monday, September 22, through Friday, September 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, for utility repairs.

 

— HONOLULU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT —

1)    AIRPORT (NIGHT WORK)

Full closure of the ground level mauka roadway fronting the Overseas Terminal (OST) on Monday, September 22, through Friday, September 26, nightly, from 11:30 p.m. to 8 a.m. for electrical line relocation. Vehicle access on the ground level roadway will be prohibited during working hours.

— KUNIA ROAD —

1) VILLAGE PARK

Single lane closure on Kunia Road in both directions between Plantation Road and Kupuna Loop on Monday, September 22, through Friday, September 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, for asphalt paving.
