How to Connect
1) Go to ‘Settings’ on your computer or mobile device. | 2) Choose ‘Network & Internet’ or ‘WiFi’. | 3) Select the WiFi network named SSID HIConnect. |

A help desk is available at (808) 587-2163 for technical assistance within the service areas. Assistance is available through the help desk in English, Hawaiian, Chuukese, Marshallese, Ilocano, and Tagalog.
- iOS (iPhones and iPads) – Click on ‘Settings’ → ‘WiFi’ → Select ‘HIConnect.’ Wait for the pop-up, accept ‘Terms and Conditions,’ and click ‘Done’ on the right-hand corner of the screen.
- Windows, ChromeOS – Click on the WiFi symbol (looks like three curved lines coming from a dot) at the bottom corner of the screen, choose ‘HIConnect.’ Wait for the pop-up, accept the ‘Terms and Conditions,’ and click ‘Done’ on the right-hand corner of the pop-up.
- Mac – Click on the WiFi symbol at the top corner of the screen, choose the network ‘HIConnect.’ Wait for the pop-up, accept the ‘Terms and Conditions,’ and click ‘Done’ on the right-hand corner of the pop-up.
- Android – Click on ‘Settings’ → ‘WiFi’ → Select ‘HIConnect.’ Wait for the pop-up, accept ‘Terms and Conditions,’ and click ‘Done’ on the right-hand corner of the screen.
