Highways

The STIP has been administratively modified by STIP Revision #19 on September 8, 2014 to address the immediate need to make funding changes to the City and County of Honolulu’s Federal Transit and Federal Highway programs. These changes are administrative in nature and have been processed as a Pre-Approved Administrative Modification.

No neighbor island changes were made through STIP Revision #19.

Note: This Revision required a revision of the Oahu 11-14(+2) Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). TIP Revision #31 was also processed as a pre-approved administrative modification on September 2, 2014. Revision #31 of the TIP has been reflected directly in this STIP Revision #19.
