— H-1 FREEWAY — 

1) KAPOLEI (NIGHT WORK) 

Single lane closure on the right-hand side of the eastbound H-1 Freeway, between Honouliuli Stream Bridge, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. on the evening of Monday, Feb. 9 for destination sign replacement along the hill adjacent to the freeway. 

2) WAIPAHU TO AIEA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)                

Three to four lanes closed on the left-hand side of the eastbound H-1 Freeway, between the H-2 Freeway off-ramp (Exit 8B) and the Waimalu off-ramp (Exit 10) for the Pearl City & Waimalu Viaduct Deck Repairs. Closure hours vary by day of the week and are: 

• 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6, through 6 a.m. Saturday, Feb.7 

• 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7 through 8 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 8 

3) WAIPAHU TO AIEA (NIGHT WORK)                

Four lanes closed on the left-hand side of the eastbound H-1 Freeway, between the H-2 Freeway off-ramp (Exit 8B) and the Waimalu off-ramp (Exit 10), from 7 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. on the evening of Monday, Feb. 9 through Thursday, Feb. 12 for work on the Pearl City & Waimalu Viaduct Repairs. 

4) PEARL CITY (NIGHT WORK) 

Two lanes and shoulder closure on the left-hand side of the eastbound H-1 Freeway, between the H-1/H-2 Merge and the Waimalu off-ramp (Exit 10), from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. on the evening of Tuesday, Feb. 11 for routine bridge inspections of the Pearl City viaduct.  

5) PEARL CITY (NIGHT WORK) 

Two lanes and shoulder closure on the right-hand side of the eastbound H-1 Freeway, between the H-1/H-2 Merge and the Waimalu off-ramp (Exit 10), from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. on the evening of Wednesday, Feb. 12 for routine bridge inspections of the Pearl City viaduct.  

6) PEARL CITY 

Right shoulder closure on the Waipahu off-ramp (Exit 8B) from the westbound H-1    Freeway, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9, through Friday, Feb. 13, for slope improvements.   

7) PEARL CITY TO AIEA (NIGHT WORK) 

Two lanes and shoulder closed on the right-hand side of the westbound H-1 Freeway, between the Waiawa Road overpass and the Kaonohi Street overpass, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. on the evening of Monday, Feb. 9 for routine bridge inspections on the Pearl City Viaduct. 

8) PEARL CITY TO AIEA (NIGHT WORK) 

Two lanes and shoulder closed on the left-hand side of the westbound H-1 Freeway, between the Waiawa Road overpass and the Kaonohi Street overpass, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. on the evening of Tuesday, Feb. 10 for routine bridge inspections on the Pearl City Viaduct.  

9) AIRPORT VIADUCT TO KAHALA 

Roving single lane closure on the right-hand side of the H-1 Freeway, possible in either direction, between Puuloa Road and Ainakoa Avenue, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9, through Thursday, Feb. 12, to address pothole, litter, and sign requests.  

10) HONOLULU (24-HOUR CLOSURE) 

Right shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway, in the eastbound direction, between the Ola Lane overpass and Richard Lane, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week as part of the H-1 Freeway Widening. For more information, visit the project website: https://h1awidening.com/.  

11) HONOLULU (NIGHT WORK) 

Two lanes closed on the right-hand side of the eastbound H-1 Freeway in the vicinity of the Ola Lane overpass and the Likelike Highway off-ramp (Exit 20A) from 9 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. the following day on Thursday, Feb. 12 and Friday, Feb. 13, for work as part of the H-1 Freeway widening. 12) HONOLULU (24-HOUR CLOSURE) 

Right shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway, in the westbound direction, between the Likelike Highway on-ramp and the Gulick Avenue overpass, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week as part of the H-1 Freeway Widening. For more information, visit the project website: https://h1awidening.com/.  

13) KAIMUKI  

Single lane and shoulder closure on the right-hand side of the eastbound H-1 Freeway, between the King Street off-ramp (Exit 25A) from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 for landscaping work.  

14) KAIMUKI TO KAHALA  

Singl lane closure on the left-hand side of the H-1 Freeway, possible in either direction, between 14th Avenue and  Ainakoa Avenue, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Friday, Feb. 13 for installation of weed barriers in planter boxes.  

 

— H-2 FREEWAY — 

1) WAIPAHU (24-HOUR CLOSURE) 

Right shoulder closure on the southbound H-2 Freeway, between the Ka Uka Boulevard on-ramp and the Waipio Self Storage, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week for construction of access road.   

 

— H-201 MOANALUA FREEWAY — 

1)) HALAWA TO HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK) 

Three lanes closed on the left-hand side of the westbound H-201 Moanalua Freeway between the Halawa Interchange and Richard Lane, nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following day on Sunday, Feb. 8, for repaving as part of the H-201 Moanalua Freeway Repaving.  

2) HALAWA TO HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK) 

Three lanes closed on the right-hand side of the westbound H-201 Moanalua Freeway between the Halawa Interchange and Richard Lane, nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following day on Monday, Feb. 9, through Thursday, Feb. 12, for repaving as part of the H-201 Moanalua Freeway Repaving.  

3) HALAWA TO HONOLULU (NIGHT WORK) 

Single lane and shoulder closure on the right-hand side of eastbound H-201 Moanalua Freeway, between the Ala Napunani Street overpass and the Puuloa/Jarrett White Road overpass, from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. on the evening of Tuesday, Feb. 10 and Thursday, Feb. 12 for destination signpost installations, pedestal demolition, and hydromulching.  

4) HALAWA TO HONOLULU (NIGHT WORK) 

Full closure of eastbound H-201 Moanalua Freeway, between the Ala Napunani Street overpass and the Puuloa/Jarrett White Road overpass, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. on the evening of Wednesday, Feb. 11 for destination sign installations spanning the freeway. The Airport/Tripler off-ramp (Exit 3) will be closed during this work. Full closure on the H-201 Moanalua Freeway off-ramp to the H-1 Freeway, in the eastbound direction, between the Honolulu/ King Steet off-ramp, from 9 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 12 as part of the H-1 Freeway Widening. — H-3 FREEWAY — 

1) HALAWA TO KANEOHE 

Single lane closure on the right-hand side of the Kaneohe-bound H-3 Freeway, between Halawa Valley and the Kaneohe-end of the Harano Tunnel, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 for electrical work through the Harano Tunnel. 

2) KANEOHE (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK) 

Single lane closure on the right-hand side of the Kaneohe-bound H-3 Freeway between the Kaneohe-end of the Harano Tunnels and the Hospital Rock Tunnels, from 2 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on the morning of Saturday, Feb. 7 for repairing steel plate welds. 

 

— PALI HIGHWAY/ KALANIANAOLE HIGHWAY/ KAILUA ROAD (ROUTE 61) — 

1) NUUANU 

Single lane closure on the right-hand side of Pali Highway (Route 61) possible in either direction, between South School Street and Waokanaka Street, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 12 for crosswalk gateway maintenance.   

2) KAILUA 

Single lane closure on the right-hand side of Kailua-bound Pali Highway (Route 61) between the Kailua-end of the Pali Tunnels and the hairpin turn, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 bridge inspections.  

3) KAILUA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK) 

Single lane closure on the right-hand side of Kailua-bound Pali/Kalanianaole Highway (Route 61) between Castle Junction and the Castle Medical Center, from 3 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 7 for grass trimming and mechanical mowing.  

4) KAILUA 

Single lane closure on the left-hand side Kalanianaole Highway/Kailua Road (Route 61), possible in either direction, between Ulumanu Drive and Uluhala Street, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Friday, Feb. 13 for traffic signals project. Potential closures of a single lane in both directions (for a total of two lanes) may be necessary. 

 

— LIKELIKE HIGHWAY/ KALIHI STREET (ROUTE 63) — 

1) KALIHI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK) 

Right lane closure on eastbound Kalihi Street (Route 63) between the H-1 Freeway on-ramps and the Kalihi Public Library, from 4 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on the morning of Saturday, Feb. 7 for sidewalk work near the library. 

2) KANEOHE 

Roving single lane closure on the right-hand side of Likelike Highway (Route 63) possible in either direction, between School Street and Nalanieha Street, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Friday, Feb. 13 for grass trimming and litter removal.  

3) KANEOHE 

Single lane closure on Likelike Highway (Route 63) possible in either direction, between the Kalihi-end of the Wilson Tunnels and the H-3 overpass, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Thursday, Feb. 12 for pavement markings work.  

4) KANEOHE  

Shoulder closures on the left- and right-hand side of Likelike Highway (Route 63) possible in either direction, between the Runaway Truck Ramp and Kahekili Highway, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Friday, Feb. 13 for grass trimming and litter removal. 

 

— KANEOHE BAY DRIVE (ROUTE 65) —  

1) KANEOHE 

Single lane closure on the right-hand side of eastbound Kaneohe Bay Drive (Route 65) between Aumoku Street and Nohonani Place, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Friday, Feb. 13 for erosion control work.  

 

— KALANIANAOLE HIGHWAY (ROUTE 72) — 

1) WAIMANALO TO MAKAPUU 

Roving shoulder closure on the right-hand side of Kalanianaole Highway (Route 72) possible in either direction, in the vicinity Castle Medical Center and Makapuu Lighthouse Road, from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Friday, Feb. 13 for grass trimming and litter removal. 

2) MAKAPUU TO KOKO HEAD 

Roving single lane closure on the right-hand side of Kalanianaole Highway (Route 72) possible in either direction, in the Makapuu Lighthouse Road and Hanauma Bay Road, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Friday, Feb. 13 for tree trimming and shoulder scraping (i.e. Removal of moss.)  

3) HAWAII KAI TO KAHALA 

Single lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway (Route 72) possible in either direction, in the vicinity Lunalilo Home Road and Ainakoa Avenue, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Wednesday, Feb. 11 for sign maintenance. Closure may be of the left or right lane; one lane to be closed at a time. 

 

— MOANALUA ROAD (ROUTE 78) — 

1) AIEA TO HALAWA  

Roving shoulder closure on the right-hand side of Moanalua Road (Route 78), between Laulima Street and the Halawa Interchange, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Thursday, Feb. 12 for grass trimming and mechanical mowing. 

 

— JOSEPH P. LEONG/ KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY (ROUTE 83) — 

1) HALEIWA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK) 

Roving single lane closure on Jospeh P. Leong/ Kamehameha Highway (Route 83), possible in either direction, between Opaeula Stream Bridge and Kapuhi Street, from 8:30 p.m. to 4 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 8 through Thursday, Feb. 12, for repaving work toward Kahuku. One direction will be closed at a time.

Roving shoulder closure on the right-hand side of Joseph P. Leong/Kamehameha Highway (Route 83), possible in either direction, between the intersection of Haleiwa Town and the Kahaluu Roundabout, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Friday, Feb. 13 for tree trimming, pothole filling and sign maintenance.  

3) LAIE  

Lane shift on Kamehameha Highway (Route 83) possible in either direction, between Wahinepee Street and Anemoku Street, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Friday, Feb. 13 for installation of striping, guardrails, and signage. Potential single lane closures may be necessary for some portions of this work but will be kept to a minimum.  

4) HAUULA  

Shoulder closure on the right-hand side of Haleiwa-bound Kamehameha Highway (Route 83) between Kaipapau Loop and Ikea Loop, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Thursday, Feb. 12 for installation of fencing along Pipilani Place.  

 

— KAHEKILI HIGHWAY/KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY (ROUTE 83) — 

1) KAHALUU TO KAILUA 

Roving shoulder closure on Kahekili Highway/Kamehameha Highway (Route 83) possible in either direction, between the Hygienic Store and Castle Junction, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Friday, Feb. 13 for grass and tree trimming, graffiti removal, and sign maintenance. 

 

— NIMITZ HIGHWAY/ALA MOANA BOULEVARD (ROUTE 92) — 

1) AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL 

Single lane closure on the right-hand side of Nimitz Highway (Route 92) possible in either direction, between Valkenberg Street and Puuloa Road, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Thursday, Feb. 12 for patching spalling concrete columns.  

2) AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK) 

Two lanes closed on Nimitz Highway (Route 92) possible in either direction, at the intersection of Lagoon Drive and Puuloa Road, from 9:30 p.m. on the evening of Friday, Feb. 6 through 4 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 7 for striping work at the intersection. 

Note: Closure may be of the left or right lanes, one side to be closed at a time.  

3) HONOLULU (24/7 CLOSURE) 

Closures on Nimitz Highway (Route 92) between Awa Street and Richards Street on Sunday, Feb. 8, through Friday, Feb. 13, over a 24-hour period, for HART work includes: 

• Awa Street closed 24/7 from Nimitz Highway, in either direction through November 2026. 

• 24-hour closures of inside lanes in either direction on Nimitz Highway (Route 92) for installation of K-Rails, through 2030.  

• 24-hour closure of the right lane on eastbound Nimitz Highway (Route 92) between Bethel Street and Fort Street, to support deck repairs. This closure estimated to be in place for the next 60-90 days. 

• Nimitz Highway (Route 92) eastbound and westbound between Awa Street and Richards Street will have a single lane closed from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday, Feb. 9 through Friday, Feb. 13, in addition to the 24-hour lane closures. 

• Left turn restriction on eastbound Nimitz Highway at Halekauwila Street, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday for pothole patching. 

• Right turn restrictions from westbound Nimitz Highway onto Alakea Street, Bishop Street, and Nuuanu Avenue daily, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

• 24-hour crosswalk closure and detour at Nuuanu Avenue and Nimitz Highway, beginning Friday, Feb. 13 for up to one month.  

• Up to two lanes closed between Awa Street and Richards Street from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Monday through Friday for striping. 

• Intersections of Bethel Street and Nuuanu Avenue fully closed at Nimitz Highway from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m. on the evening of Thursday, Feb. 12 to accommodate equipment mobilization. A single lane in each direction will be maintained on Nimitz Highway at all times.  

• Nuuanu Avenue crosswalk from Nimitz Highway to be closed and detoured beginning Friday, Feb. 6, through March 2026.

4) HONOLULU (NIGHT WORK) 

Two lanes closed on the left-hand side of Ala Moana Boulevard (Route 92) one in each direction, at the intersection of Piikoi Street, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. on the evening of Wednesday, Feb. 11 for electrical repairs.  

5) HONOLULU  

Single lane closure on the left-hand side of westbound Ala Moana Boulevard (Route 92) at the intersection of Piikoi Street, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 13 for electrical repairs.  

 

— FARRINGTON HIGHWAY (ROUTE 93) — 

1) MAKUA TO KAPOLEI 

Roving shoulder closure on the right-hand side of Farrington Highway (Route 93) possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Makua Beach and the Kalaeloa Interchange, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Thursday, Feb. 12 for various maintenance activities to address complaints  

2) WAIANAE (NIGHT WORK) 

Single lane closure on the right-hand side of eastbound Farrington Highway (Route 93) between Waianae Valley Road and Lualualei Homestead Road, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Thursday, Feb. 12 for HECO utility maintenance. 

3) NANAKULI TO KAPOLEI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK) 

Two lanes closed on the left-hand side of Farrington Highway (Route 93), one in each direction, between Pohakunui Avenue and Aliinui Drive, from 7 p.m. to 6:15 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 8 through Wednesday, Feb. 11 for pavement reconstruction, signage and drainage relocation, and widening work. — VINEYARD BOULEVARD (ROUTE 98) — 

1) HONOLULU 

Roving single lane closure on the right-hand side of westbound Vineyard Boulevard (Route 98), between Liliha Street and Aala Street, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 13 for bulky item removal.  

 

—KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY (ROUTE 99)— 

1) HALEIWA 

Roving single lane closure on the right-hand side of Kamehameha Highway (Route 99) possible in either direction, between Weed Circle and Nui Avenue, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Friday, Feb. 13 for grass trimming.  

2) HALEIWA 

Roving single lane closure on the right-hand side of Kamehameha Highway (Route 99) possible in either direction, between Weed Circle and Nui Avenue, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Thursday, Feb. 12 for mechanical mowing.  

3) PEARL CITY  

Single lane closure on the right-hand side of westbound Kamehameha Highway (Route 99) between Acacia Road and Waimano Home Road, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Friday, Feb. 13 for curb and gutter concrete repairs.  

4) AIEA TO PEARL HARBOR 

Roving shoulder closure on the right-hand side of Kamehameha Highway (Route 99), possible in either direction, between Pali Momi Street and McGrew Loop, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 13 for grass trimming and litter removal.  

5) PEARL HARBOR  

Single lane closure on Kamehameha Highway (Route 99) possible in either direction between Kohomua Street and Center Drive, on Monday, Feb. 9, through Friday, Feb. 13 for HART civil work. Closure times vary by direction and are scheduled as follows:  

• Eastbound closures: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  

• Westbound closures: 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

6) KALIHI (24/7 CLOSURE) 

The following closures are 24-hours a day, seven days a week, for The Rail. 

• H-1 eastbound off-ramp to Dillingham Blvd. reduced to one lane.  

• Middle Street southbound left turn reduced to single turn lane. 

• Dillingham Boulevard eastbound between Middle Street and Marukai will have a single lane closed. 

• Dillingham Boulevard westbound between GasPro and Middle Street will have a single lane closed.

— KUNIA ROAD (ROUTE 750) — 

1) SCHOFIELD TO KUNIA  

Single lane closure on the right-hand side of Kunia Road (Route 750) between Lyman Road and Kunia Reservoir, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Thursday, Feb. 12 for Boomford and tree trimming work.  

2) KUNIA  

Alternating single lane closure on southbound Kunia Road (Route 750) between Hawaii Country Club and Kunia Drive, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Friday, Feb. 13 for utility work.  

 

— WHITMORE AVENUE (ROUTE 7012) — 

1) WAHIAWA  

Shoulder closure on the right-hand side of westbound Whitmore Avenue (Route 7012) between Uakanikoo Street and Nani Ihi Avenue, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Friday, Feb. 13 for sidewalk, curb and gutter work. 

 

— FARRINGTON HIGHWAY (ROUTE 7101) — 

1) KAPOLEI (WEEKEND WORK) 

Roving single lane closure on Farrington Highway (Route 7101) possible in either direction, between Kualakai Parkway and Aloun Farms, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 7 and Sunday, Feb. 8 for gas line work. One direction to be closed at a time.  

2) KAPOLEI 

Roving single lane closure on Farrington Highway (Route 7101) possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Old Fort Weaver Road, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Friday, Feb. 13 for gas line work. One direction to be closed at a time.  

3) EWA BEACH/WAIPAHU (24-HOUR CLOSURE)

Full closure and detour on northbound Jarrett White Road (Route 7310) between Ala Mahamoe Street and Apona Street, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Friday, Feb. 13 for sewer line repairs. Motorists will be detoured via Ainapua Street.

Single lane closure on the right-hand side of Waialae Avenue (Route 7801) between 20th Avenue and Kilauea Avenue, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 through Friday, Feb. 13 for concrete pours, backfilling footings, placement of topsoil and hydroseeding.

Single lane closure and lane shift on westbound Aolele Street, fronting cargo companies, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., on Monday, Feb. 9 through Friday, Feb. 13 for paving as part of HART civil work.
