Special Provisions for 2005 Standard Specifications
The Special Provisions contains the latest revisions to the 2005 Standard Specifications used in developing the project specifications.
There are six categories of the Special Provisions available depending on the type of funding being used. For example, if the funding is being shared between the State and Federal governments, then use the “DOT/FEDERAL PROJECTS” to develop the project specifications.
It is not required to make the Technical Provisions Project Specific unless there are possible conflicts and changes are necessary to fit your project.
