DOT advises Oahu motorists that traffic over the Kaukonahua (Karsten Thot) Bridge, north of Wahiawa, will be temporarily limited to passenger vehicles for repairs on the steel bridge structure. There will be weight restrictions as a precaution until repairs can be made in the next several weeks.

The state Department of Transportation is advising motorists of nightly lane closures for the H-1 Freeway restriping demonstration project between Pali Highway and Punahou Street. Work is expected to be complete by the first week of August.

The State Department of Transportation will be conducting emergency repairs to restore damaged sections of Hana Highway beginning Monday, July 16. Motorists are advised to expect delays and use caution while driving through the work zone.
