Highways

The 2015-2018 (+2) STIP has been administratively modified by STIP Revision #12.

Administrative Modifications include cosmetic and minor changes to the scope, schedule or cost estimate of an existing STIP project. No projects were added or deleted from the STIP or TIP.

Administrative Modifications are NOT required to be financially constrained (23 CFR 450.104), however, if needed, financial constraint will be re-established through a successive STIP Amendment process.

This revision has been adopted as of September 1, 2017.

Attached is the entire 15-18(+2) STIP as modified by REVISION #12 (pdf file 760 KB)

Note: This Revision did not include any Oahu changes and thus, did not require a revision of the Oahu Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). This Revision also did not include any Federal Transit Administration (FTA) changes.
